Livbojen omhändertog en grupp på 11 st kissar, de hade varit på en uppställningsplats i södra Sverige och hade ingenstans att ta vägen efter beslut kom att de inte längre hade något hem, de fick komma till Livbojen som ger dem en andra chans i livet. Doris är blyg i sättet, vill gärna vara med sina kompisar, men går att klappa och lyfta. Vill ha snällskap av annan snäll tam katt i kommande hemmet, alternativt flytta med någon av sina kattkompisar. Adoptionskostnad 2000 kr/katt eller 3000 kr för två kissar tillsammans.
