Douglas the Maneto Podenco is looking for his happy ending. Douglas is a super cute little guy. He is still a bit shy, but he is really starting to enjoy cuddling. Slowly but surely, he is stepping out of his shell. Douglas will surely become a great friend for his human with love and patience. He is not yet familiar with life in the house. Hopefully, he will soon get to know it. Those who know the little Podencos know what great companions they are: adaptable, cheerful and ready for anything, they are real friends. They are described as a mix of cat and clown - quiet and sleepy in the house and little lively fun dogs outside. Who gives Douglas a chance at a home for life? Taking responsibility for a rescue dog is always a special challenge. The dogs bring a backpack with past experiences or unlearned situations and need time to get used to their new life. Hoffentlich darf er es bald kennenlernen. Wer die kleinen Podencos kennt, weiß, was für tolle Begleiter sie sind: Anpassungsfähig, fröhlich und zu allem Abenteuer bereit sind sie echte Freunde. Sie werden als Mischung aus Katze und Clown beschrieben – im Haus ruhig und verschlafen und draußen kleine wuselige Spaßhunde. Wer gibt Douglas die Chance auf ein Zuhause fürs Leben? Die Verantwortung für einen Tierschutzhund ist immer eine besondere Herausforderung.
