Ben is not the typical dog who runs to win someone’s heart in five minutes. He observes first. Then he decides. Ben chooses his own, but when someone enters his small circle, he creates a very special bond. He appeared abandoned by the river many years ago, sick and with severe tongue damage caused by the processionary caterpillar. He managed to recover, move forward, and continue to trust people, even though life hasn’t always been kind to him. Today, Ben is already a senior dog. He has joint problems and needs peace, care, and someone who understands that older dogs also deserve a chance. He doesn’t seek great adventures or a perfect life. He seeks peace, routines, and a quiet place where he can finally rest. Perhaps he’s not the most striking. Perhaps you’ve already crossed paths with his face many times. But hopefully, this time someone will stop to really look at him and give him the chance he’s been waiting for for so long. Perhaps that someone is you. Tiene problemas articulares y necesita tranquilidad, cuidados y alguien que entienda que los perros mayores también merecen una oportunidad. No busca grandes aventuras ni una vida perfecta. Busca paz, rutinas y un lugar tranquilo donde poder descansar por fin. Quizá no sea el más llamativo. Quizá ya te hayas cruzado con su cara muchas veces.
