The cats are only placed together as an inseparable duo. Character and background of the cat: Oona and Ella are sisters and came to the shelter together. They were very impressed at first and needed some time to warm up. In the meantime, they have become accustomed to us. Ella is the most social of the two and likes to ask for pets. Oona is a bit hesitant with pets, but also likes to sit with you. As they grew older, it became very clear that they are really a duo. They have the same energy to play together and they always sleep together. They like to climb on their large scratching post to take a nap there. They like to play with balls, mice, but especially with each other. They both need predictability and a calm approach, which is why we do not place them with younger children. All cats are flea-free, dewormed, vaccinated, sterilized, microchipped, and registered. Duos are not separated. We ask the usual contribution in veterinary costs of 200 euros per cat when both vaccinations have already been given. Adoption procedure: First, a telephone call is made to see if there is a good match between you and the cat, then an appointment can be made for a visit so that you can get to know each other. When adopting, an adoption contract is signed and the adoption fee is paid when the cat is picked up. Every cat leaves with a European passport. De katten worden enkel samen geplaatst als onafscheidelijk duo. Karakter en achtergrond van de kat: Oona en Ella zijn zusjes en zijn samen in de opvang gekomen. Ze waren in het begin zeer hard onder de indruk en hadden wat tijd nodig om te ontdooien. Ondertussen zijn ze ons goed gewend. Ella is de sociaalste van de twee en komt graag aaitjes vragen. Oona is nog een beetje afwachtend met aaitjes, maar komt ook graag bij je zitten. Naarmate ze ouder werden, werd het zeer duidelijk dat zij echt een duo zijn. Ze hebben dezelfde energie om samen te spelen en ze slapen ook altijd samen. Ze klimmen heel graag op hun grote krabpaal om daar dan samen een dutje te doen. Spelen doen ze graag met balletjes, muisjes maar eigenlijk vooral met elkaar. Ze hebben allebei nood aan voorspelbaarheid en een rustige aanpak, daarom plaatsen we hen niet bij jongere kinderen. Alle katten zijn ontvlooid, ontwormd, gevaccineerd, gesteriliseerd, gechipt en geregistreerd. Duo’s worden niet gescheiden. We vragen de gebruikelijke tussenkomst in de dierenartskosten van 200 euro per kat wanneer beide vaccinaties al gegeven werden. Adoptieprocedure: Er wordt eerst telefonisch nagegaan of er een goede match kan zijn tussen jou en de kat, nadien kan een afspraak gemaakt worden voor een bezoekje zodat jullie met elkaar kunnen kennis maken. Bij adoptie wordt een adoptiecontract getekend en de adoptiebijdrage wordt betaald bij het afhalen van de kat. Iedere kat vertrekt met een Europees paspoort.
