09/2026 Duva, geboren ca. 2020, kastriert, ca. 60 cm Schulterhöhe, im Shelter seit 08/2026 Duva ist eine beeindruckende Dogo-Argentino-Hündin, die in ihrem bisherigen Leben leider erfahren musste, wie schlecht Menschen mit einem Hund umgehen können. Sie wurde in einem furchtbaren Zustand auf der Straße gefunden (auf den letzten beiden Bildern und im letzten Video zu sehen). Vieles deutet darauf hin, dass Duva als Zuchthündin ausgebeutet wurde. Mit etwa 40 kg ist sie eine große, kräftige Vertreterin ihrer Rasse und bringt nicht nur körperlich eine ordentliche Portion Hund mit. Trotz ihrer Vergangenheit hat Duva ihre Lebensfreude nicht verloren. Sie ist verspielt, kraftvoll und voller Energie. Eine Hündin, die gerne etwas erleben möchte und Menschen braucht, die mit ihrer Größe und Stärke sicher umgehen können. Gleichzeitig trägt Duva Spuren ihrer Vergangenheit mit sich, die unbedingt ernst genommen werden müssen: Um sie herum darf nichts geworfen werden. Solche Situationen machen ihr große Angst und können dazu führen, dass sie aus dieser Angst heraus beißt. Was genau Duva erlebt hat, wissen wir nicht – ihre Reaktion zeigt jedoch deutlich, dass sie hier sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben muss. Deshalb suchen wir für Duva erfahrene, verantwortungsbewusste Menschen, die ihre Körpersprache lesen können, ihre Grenzen respektieren und ihr mit Ruhe und klaren, verlässlichen Strukturen begegnen. Menschen, die nicht mit Druck oder Härte arbeiten, sondern ihr zeigen, dass sie heute in Sicherheit ist. Duva soll nicht auf das reduziert werden, was ihr passiert ist. Sie ist eine lebensfrohe und verspielte Hündin, die noch viel entdecken und lernen kann. Gleichzeitig möchten wir ihre Vorgeschichte und ihre bekannte Reaktion auf bestimmte Auslöser offen kommunizieren, damit für sie das Zuhause gefunden wird, das wirklich zu ihr passt. Nach einem Leben, in dem vermutlich viel über sie bestimmt und viel von ihr verlangt wurde, soll Duva nun endlich erfahren dürfen, wie es ist, beschützt und geliebt zu werden. Für diese besondere, kraftvolle Hündin suchen wir Menschen mit Herz und Hundeerfahrung, die bereit sind, ihr Sicherheit zu geben und gemeinsam mit ihr Vertrauen aufzubauen. Befindet sich aktuell in Rumänien und darf ausreisen, wenn sie ein Zuhause gefunden hat. Reist gechipt und geimpft (EU Impfpass; Impfungen: Tollwut und Grundimmunisierung). Alle Hunde werden im Alter von 7 bis 9 Monaten kastriert. Hierbei wird ein 4D-SNAP-Test durchgeführt, der lediglich den Infektionsstatus zum Zeitpunkt der Testung wiederspiegelt und eine frühere oder sehr frische Infektion nicht sicher ausschließen kann. Ebenso werden sie bei ihrer Ankunft im Shelter sowie anschließend mindestens einmal jährlich gegen Darmparasiten und Ektoparasiten behandelt. Die geschilderten Verhaltensbeobachtungen basieren auf dem Alltag im Shelter und können sich in einem häuslichen Umfeld unter veränderten Lebensbedingungen entsprechend anders darstellen.
