Elio was found abandoned on the streets of Romania with his siblings (Jaro, Nilo, Elva, Sian, Taro, and Yuna). Fortunately, they were brought to safety in time and are now living in a makeshift shelter run by our animal welfare team. While they are safe, this place is no substitute for a loving home. The little male dog was born in early May 2026 and can travel to his own home in early September. Elio is typically curious, playful, and clumsy. He discovers something new every day and enjoys playing with his siblings. As an adult, Elio is expected to be medium-sized. Since his parents are unknown, his final size cannot be predicted with certainty. Like any puppy, Elio is still learning about life in a home. Housebreaking, walking on a leash, everyday noises, or the dog alphabet - he needs to learn all of this in peace and with a lot of patience. Whoever gives Elio this chance will gain a loyal companion for life. Please note: The shelter's feedback reflects the current behavior of the dogs here.

Beschreibung Unsere Tierschützer berichten: Elio wurde zusammen mit seinen Geschwistern (Jaro, Nilo, Elva, Sian, Taro und Yuna) verlassen auf den Straßen Rumäniens gefunden. Zum Glück konnten sie rechtzeitig in Sicherheit gebracht werden und leben nun auf einer notdürftig eingerichteten Pflegestelle unserer Tierschützerin. Dort sind sie zwar in Sicherheit, dennoch ersetzt dieser Ort natürlich kein liebevolles Zuhause. Der kleine Rüde ist ca. Anfang Mai 2026 geboren und kann ab Anfang September in sein eigenes Zuhause reisen. Elio ist welpentypisch neugierig, verspielt und tapsig. Er entdeckt jeden Tag etwas Neues und genießt das gemeinsame Spielen mit seinen Geschwistern. Ausgewachsen wird Elio vermutlich mittelgroß werden. Da seine Eltern nicht bekannt sind, lässt sich seine endgültige Größe jedoch nicht mit Sicherheit vorhersagen. Wie jeder Welpe kennt Elio das Leben in einem Zuhause noch nicht. Stubenreinheit, Leine laufen, Alltagsgeräusche oder das Hunde-ABC – all das muss er erst noch in Ruhe und mit viel Geduld lernen.
