Elmo is an intelligent and playful medium crossbreed. He loves people, so much that he can get jealous of other dogs or even other people. Unfortunately, he has been adopted twice and returned for being too possessive. Here at the kennels, he lives with other dogs and gets on well with them, but in a home, he needs to know the boundaries and what is acceptable behaviour. He arrived back in July 2021, so he has been at the kennels far too long for such a young boy. He is eager to learn, loves long walks and walks well on a lead and is a real favourite with the volunteers. He also loves to play in the water, all year round!!! In the right environment, and with the right family, he will be a very loyal and loving companion. Help us find Elmo a home! He is fully vaccinated with passport, microchipped, neutered, blood tested, treated for fleas and ticks, wormed and heartworm prevented.
