Despite his past experiences, he's friendly and full of life. He's fit for his age and has regular veterinary care. What he needs most is stability, security, and clear boundaries. He's learned that food isn't always guaranteed, so he may guard his food bowl. With patience and respect, this behavior can be worked on. Elmo is looking for people who can give him time to settle in and understand that a dog with his history may need a bit more time. He wants a stable, permanent home, loving, patient people, and clear, reliable structures. He's not looking for a perfect home, just a home where he can finally belong. 🐾 Hallo, ich bin Elmo! 🐾 Ich suche: ein liebevolles und vor allem stabiles Zuhause Ich hatte es in meinem bisherigen Leben leider nicht immer leicht. Ich habe bei einem Menschen gelebt, der selbst mit einer schweren Suchtproblematik zu kämpfen hatte. Dadurch war mein Leben sehr unbeständig. Ich war immer wieder bei unterschiedlichen Menschen untergebracht, im Tierheim und anschließend wieder in einer anderen Umgebung. Ein richtiges, dauerhaftes Zuhause und feste Bezugspersonen hatte ich dadurch leider nicht. Jetzt bin ich „gerettet“ worden und wünsche mir endlich einen Ort, an dem ich ankommen und bleiben darf . ❤️ Ich bin ein wirklich lieber Kerl und gewöhne mich meistens schnell an meine neuen Menschen. Wenn ich Vertrauen gefasst habe, genieße ich die Nähe und Aufmerksamkeit. Trotz meiner bisherigen Erfahrungen bin ich ein freundlicher und lebensfroher Hund. Ich bin für mein Alter fit und war regelmäßig beim Tierarzt. Was ich jetzt besonders brauche, sind Ruhe, Sicherheit, feste Bezugspersonen und klare Strukturen . Ich möchte nicht ständig wieder umziehen müssen, sondern endlich wissen: Hier bin ich zu Hause. 🍖 Eine kleine Besonderheit Durch meine Vergangenheit habe ich offenbar gelernt, dass Futter nicht unbedingt selbstverständlich ist. Deshalb kann es passieren, dass ich mein Futter verteidige. Wenn mir mein Fressnapf hingestellt wurde und jemand versucht, ihn anschließend wieder wegzunehmen, kann es sein, dass ich schnappe. Das sollte man ernst nehmen und respektieren. Mit Ruhe, Geduld und einem sicheren Umgang kann man daran arbeiten. Wichtig ist für mich, dass man mir mein Futter nicht einfach wegnimmt und meine Grenzen dabei respektiert. 🏡 Mein Wunsch-Zuhause Ich suche Menschen, die mir Zeit zum Ankommen geben und verstehen, dass ein Hund mit meiner Vorgeschichte manchmal etwas länger braucht. Am wichtigsten ist für mich: 🐾 ein stabiles und dauerhaftes Zuhause 🐾 feste Bezugspersonen 🐾 Ruhe und Sicherheit 🐾 liebevolle, geduldige Menschen 🐾 klare und verlässliche Strukturen 🐾 Menschen, die bereit sind, mit mir an meiner kleinen Futter-Macke zu arbeiten Ich brauche kein perfektes Zuhause. Ich brauche mein Zuhause . Vielleicht bist genau du der Mensch, bei dem ich endlich bleiben darf. ❤️ auf dem Sofa ist es gemütlich der Ausblick gefällt mir Stillhalten fürs Foto… Autofahren finde ich toll Elmo kann gerne in Lemgo besucht werden.
