Unfortunately, when he arrived, he had visible wounds on his ears and back. Despite everything he’s been through, he hasn’t lost his trust in humans. Now, Elvis is waiting for his forever home and a person who will show him what love and safety really mean. DON’T BUY—ADOPT! ANY DOG THAT ENDS UP IN OUR SHELTER IS SUBJECT TO A 14-DAY QUARANTINE PERIOD.
