Her story: Emmylou was found alone by a busy street – lost and in great danger. She repeatedly tried to cross the road. Luckily, she was secured in time and is now in safety. Currently, she lives in a loving foster home in Romania. There, she experiences life in a house and gathers valuable everyday experiences. However, this security is only temporary. Our biggest dream is that she doesn't have to move into the shelter but is discovered directly by her forever family. The approximately 2-year-old, only 30 cm small female dog is delicate and simply charming. Her bright snout, the special fur – sometimes wiry, sometimes silk-soft – and of course her prominent ears make her something very special. Character-wise, she impresses on all counts: She is open, cheerful, and very people-oriented. She enjoys proximity, initiates contact, and likes to be held. She has especially formed a close bond with the children of her foster family. She also gets along well with other dogs, and even the cats are no problem for her. For her future home, we wish for sensitive people who will continue to give her security and show her the world step by step. Even though she has already gathered some first household experiences, many things will still be new to her. Emmylou travels neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed, and treated for fleas.

Ihre Geschichte: Emmylou wurde ganz allein an einer vielbefahrenen Straße entdeckt – orientierungslos und in großer Gefahr. Immer wieder versuchte sie, die Fahrbahn zu überqueren. Zum Glück konnte sie rechtzeitig gesichert werden und ist nun in Sicherheit. Aktuell darf sie in einer liebevollen Pflegestelle in Rumänien leben. Dort erlebt sie bereits das Leben im Haus und sammelt wertvolle Alltagserfahrungen. Diese Geborgenheit ist jedoch nur vorübergehend. Unser größter Traum ist, dass sie nicht ins Shelter umziehen muss, sondern direkt von ihrer Für-immer-Familie entdeckt wird. Die etwa 2 Jahre junge, nur 30 cm kleine Hündin ist zierlich und einfach bezaubernd. Ihre helle Schnauze, das besondere Fell – mal drahtig, mal seidenweich – und natürlich ihre auffälligen Öhrchen machen sie zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Charakterlich überzeugt sie auf ganzer Linie: Sie zeigt sich offen, fröhlich und sehr menschenbezogen. Nähe genießt sie sehr, sucht von sich aus Kontakt und lässt sich gerne auf den Arm nehmen. Besonders die Kinder ihrer Pflegefamilie hat sie fest ins Herz geschlossen. Mit anderen Hunden versteht sie sich auch prima, und auch die Katzen sind für sie kein Problem. Für ihr zukünftiges Zuhause wünschen wir uns einfühlsame Menschen, die ihr weiterhin Sicherheit geben und ihr Schritt für Schritt die Welt zeigen. Auch wenn sie bereits erste Erfahrungen im Haushalt sammeln durfte, wird manches noch neu für sie sein. Emmylou reist kastriert, geimpft, gechipt, entwurmt und entfloht. Die
