Enzo

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy · 8 months

Enzo is an 8-year-old, 27-kilogram dog who is afraid of literally everything... Even an ant. 💔 We don't know his past, but looking into his eyes, we see sadness and a huge fear of the world. And yet, beneath all of this, there is a wonderful, gentle dog who loves people, loves to cuddle and gets along well with other dogs. ❤️ Enzo needs someone to give him time, show patience and help him rediscover the joy of life. Maybe another calm dog friend will help him gain courage. 🐕 🐾 Enzo is neutered and still learning to walk on a leash. We would love to see him happy, without fear in his eyes... 🥹 🏡 We are looking for a quiet, loving home for him, where he can finally feel safe. 🙏 Give Enzo a chance at a life where he doesn't have to be afraid of everything. If you can't adopt, please share. ❤️ He is currently in the Łódź area. Contact for adoption: ☎️ 695 346 993

Kontakt w sprawie adopcji: ☎️ 695 346 993

About Enzo

What life with Enzo looks like

Enzo is a medium-sized puppy mixed breed dog waiting at Fundacja Puszatek in Warszawa.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adopters usually cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Enzo, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Enzo?: Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Puszatek handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Enzo on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Enzo if I live in another country?: Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Puszatek will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Transport is usually a separate cost, so ask for the exact figure before you commit.
Is Enzo already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?: Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Enzo isn't the right fit?: Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Puszatek early rather than rehoming privately; they know Enzo and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?: TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
