Erik arrived at our shelter on June 4, 2026, and is still adapting to this major change in his life. For now, he is a rather shy and reserved dog, which is completely normal given that he just got here. He allows himself to be touched and petted without any problem, although he still shows some reserve and is observing his surroundings before fully relaxing. We are still getting to know him and will see how he evolves in the coming weeks, but it seems that when he gains confidence and feels secure, we will discover a calmer, more affectionate, and more self-assured dog. We are looking for a family for Erik that respects his pace, offers patience, and allows him to adapt at his own speed. Right now, he is a dog that needs to feel understood and accompanied as he begins to trust his new reality.

Erik llegó a la protectora el 4 de junio de 2026 y todavía se está adaptando a este gran cambio en su vida.
