Erwin is a charming, not yet two years old (as of 04/2023) male dog with fascinating amber eyes. The elegant male dog came to the animal shelter of our partners in Linares in October 2022; a boy had discovered the emaciated and weakened dog at the gate of the facility in the olive grove. Whether Erwin was abandoned there or lured by the noise of the other dogs, we will probably never find out. But like most of our residents, Erwin doesn't dwell on his past, he lives in the present - and we dream with him about a brilliant future as a wonderful family dog. Our dear Erwin is a quiet fellow who explores one thing from a distance, then gradually (and not with a running start and a diving board) dares to embark on an adventure. Despite this, or perhaps precisely because of this, the gentle male dog has found many friends in the animal shelter. He plays with his four-legged roommates, but he always respects the boundaries of others, is always attentive and thoughtful. This makes him a popular resident among the volunteers. Erwin is empathetic and knows exactly when someone needs comfort and a kind friend who simply curls up in the lap. We wish for the cheerful but calm explorer a loving family that gives Erwin the time to arrive at his own pace and form friendships. Erwin needs people who appreciate his friendly, reserved nature, who conquer the world a little more every day with him, and who ensure that the easygoing male dog also finds friends to play with in his new home. Erwin is not a complicated dog, he does not require experienced hands, he just needs understanding (well, who doesn't?) and people who take and love him just as he is.

Erwin ist ein noch nicht ganz zwei Jahre alter (Stand 04/2023) Charmeur mit faszinierenden Bernsteinaugen. Der elegante Rüde kam im Oktober 2022 ins Tierheim unserer Partner in Linares; ein Junge hatte den abgemagerten und entkräfteten Hund vor dem Tor der Einrichtung im Olivenhain entdeckt. Ob Erwin dort ausgesetzt wurde oder vom Lärm der anderen Hunde angelockt wurde, werden wir wohl nie erfahren. Aber wie die meisten unserer Schützlinge kümmert sich Erwin nicht um seine Vergangenheit, er lebt in der Gegenwart – und wir träumen für und mit ihm von einer glänzenden Zukunft als famoser Familienhund. Unser lieber Erwin ist ein zurückhaltender Bursche, der eine Sache aus der Ferne erkundet, um sich dann Schritt für Schritt (und nicht mit Anlauf und Sprungbrett) in ein Abenteuer wagt. Nichtsdestotrotz, oder vielleicht gerade deswegen, hat der zärtliche Rüde viele Freunde im Tierheim gefunden. Er spielt mit seinen vierbeinigen Mitbewohnern, aber er respektiert immer die Grenzen des anderen, ist immer aufmerksam und überlegt. Das macht ihn auch bei den Freiwilligen zu einem beliebten Schützling. Erwin ist empathisch und weiß genau, wenn jemand Trost braucht und einen lieben Freund, der sich einfach still in den Schoß kuschelt. Wir wünschen uns für den fröhlichen, aber ruhigen Entdecker eine liebevolle Familie, die Erwin die Zeit gibt, in seinem Tempo anzukommen und Freundschaft zu schließen. Erwin braucht Menschen, die seine freundliche, zurückhaltende Art zu schätzen wissen, die mit ihm jeden Tag ein bisschen mehr die Welt erobern und die dafür sorgen, dass der umgängliche Rüde auch in seinem neuen Heim Freunde zum Spielen findet. Erwin ist kein komplizierter Hund, er erfordert auch keine erfahrenen Hände, er braucht einfach nur Verständnis (nun, wer braucht das nicht?) und Menschen, die ihn so nehmen und lieben, wie er ist.
