DOES YOUR LIFE LACK ONE STAR WHO ILLUMINATES YOUR NIGHT? In that case, turn your gaze towards the kitten Estrella. Estrella is an adorable tri-color kitten who came to us from Sillamäe. In the cat room, she was named Estrella, which means star in Spanish. And indeed, she is - only she hasn't shone yet as brightly as she actually could. The kitten is shy and prefers to explore the surroundings in a safe place, for example, she often sits on the end of the ventilation unit. This is, of course, understandable, since a sudden change in environment and unexpected attention still need getting used to. Therefore, we would like the kitten to be placed in a (foster) home, where she can gradually get used to cat life at her own pace. A home environment would support Estrella's true character development and show her that living with people (and perhaps another four-legged friend) is always nice. The kitten has also shown signs of a playful spirit - carefully closed doors can already make the kitten play along with her paws. Who knows what a lively little bundle she could become once she has her own nest. We are waiting patiently, perhaps someone patient will appear, who will help Estrella find her shining star.

Estrella on üks ütlemata armas kolmevärviline kassike, kes jõudis meie juurde Sillamäelt. Kassitoas hakati kaunitari kutsuma Estrellaks, mis hispaania keeles tähendab tähte. Ja just seda ta ka on – ainult, et ta ei kuma veel nii eredalt, kui tegelikult võiks. Kiisu on tagasihoidlik ja eelistab uudistada ümbruskonda mõnes turvalises kohas, näiteks kõrgub ta sageli ventilatsiooniseadme otsas. See on ka muidugi arusaadav, sest järsk keskkonnavahetus ja ootamatu tähelepanu vajavad veel harjumist. Sel põhjusel soovime, et kiisu seaks käpad mõne (hoiu)kodu suunas, kus ta saaks rahulikult omas tempos harjuda kodukassi eluga. Kodune miljöö soodustaks Estrella tõelise iseloomu kujunemist ja näitaks talle, et kooselu inimesega (ja ehk ka mõne teise neljajalgsega) on igati tore. Kiisu on näidanud ka märke sellest, et temas peitub mänguhimu – ettevaatlikult suletutiga mängides võib kassike juba käpaga kaasa lüüa. Kes teab, milliseks mürakaruks saaks ta siis, kui täitsa oma pesa saaks. Ootame usinalt, ehk leidub mõni kannatlik kodupakkuja, kes aitaks Estrellal leida tema särava kuma.
