PEPA is advertising Felix on behalf of his owner who, due to health issues, has to move into an apartment and is unable to take Felix with her. Felix is a neutered male born between 2021 – 2023. Felix is an affectionate cat and will sit on your lap if you are outside with him. He lives in the garden but would make the transition to being a house cat.
