Fely was released as a puppy together with her brother on the streets of Spain. She arrived at our partner shelter, Refugio Canino La Reserva, and became one of the unseen dogs there. All efforts to win someone's heart for her remained unsuccessful for over three years. We did not give up: in November 2025, Fely finally moved into a foster home whose heart particularly beats for dogs that need more time, patience, and trust-building. There, she quickly developed into a relaxed, attentive female dog. She maintains a good social contact with the other dogs in the pack, loves nature walks, and follows her typical Podenco nose with great enthusiasm. On excursions into the forest, Fely loves to run and root around. With her foster mother, she diligently practices what a world dog lady needs to know, and during excursions to a nearby greyhound track, Fely is full of fun and joy. For Fely, we are looking for people with a heart, patience, and the necessary stability for a large dog, as well as a lot of love for a wonderful, sporty companion. Anyone who would like to meet the sweetness at the foster home is most welcome to contact us. Fely is vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and has an EU pet passport. The travel arrangements for our dogs from Spain are registered with the relevant Spanish and German veterinary authorities. Before each transport to Germany, our dogs are examined by a veterinarian for travel readiness and general condition. This animal was abandoned.

Fely wurde als Welpe gemeinsam mit ihrem Bruder auf den Straßen Spaniens ausgesetzt. Sie kam in unser Partnertierheim Refugio Canino La Reserva und wurde dort zu einem der ungesehenen Hunde. Alle Bemühungen, jemandes Herz für sie zu gewinnen, blieben über 3 Jahre erfolglos. Wir gaben nicht auf: Im November 2025 durfte Fely endlich in eine Pflegestelle ziehen, deren Herz besonders für Hunde schlägt, die etwas mehr Zeit, Geduld und Vertrauensaufbau brauchen. Dort entwickelte sie sich in kürzester Zeit zu einer entspannten, aufmerksamen Hündin. Mit den anderen Hunden im Rudel pflegt sie einen guten Sozialkontakt, liebt Spaziergänge in der Natur und folgt dabei begeistert ihrer typischen Podenco-Nase. Auf Ausflügen in den Wald liebt Fely es zu rennen und zu stöbern. Mit ihrer Pflegemutter übt sie fleißig, was man als Hundedame von der Welt wissen muss und bei Ausflügen in einem nahegelegenen Windhundauslauf ist Fely voller Spaß und Freude dabei. Für Fely suchen wir Menschen mit Herz, Geduld und der nötigen Standfestigkeit für einen großen Hund sowie viel Liebe für eine tolle, sportliche Begleiterin. Wer die Süße auf der Pflegestelle kennenlernen möchte, darf sich herzlichst gern bei uns melden. Fely ist geimpft, entwurmt, gechipt und hat einen EU-Heimtierausweis. Die Ausreise wird beim zuständigen spanischen sowie deutschen Veterinäramt angemeldet.
