Fenek is a small, delicate puppy who has been at the animal shelter since January 2026. We have gotten to know him gradually—gradually, because Fenek is a very shy dog. Despite his fear, he always shows us how much he wants to open up. When he sees a volunteer, he joyfully runs under the gate, wags his tail, and hurries us to let him out into the courtyard. Out in the courtyard, he is an incredibly social dog. He gets along with energetic dogs with whom he plays beautifully, and with calm ones with whom he can sniff and sit in the courtyard. He derives great joy from the company of his canine friends, which allows him to take bolder steps into a new, better life. Since he has been at the animal shelter, there hasn’t been a dog with whom he hasn’t gotten along, so he could live with a canine companion. Fenek does not belong to the dogs that immediately jump into a person’s arms. He is very delicate, and getting to know him takes a bit more time. However, his wagging tail and joyful barking when he sees a familiar volunteer very touch us. Fenek needs a quiet home, preferably with a canine companion that will allow him to open up at his own pace and not demand too much of him too quickly. He is a very delicate dog who ended up at the animal shelter overwhelmed with fear, so he deserves a new, understanding home that will show him that a person can be associated with joy, not just fear.

Fenek to mały, delikatny piesek, który w schronisku jest od stycznia 2026 roku. Od tej pory powolutku się z nim poznajemy - powolutku, bo Fenek jest psem bardzo nieśmiałym. Pomimo lęku, cały czas pokazuje nam, jak bardzo chciałby się otworzyć. Gdy zobaczy wolontariusza to wesoło wybiega pod furtkę, macha ogonkiem i pośpiesza nas by wypuścić go na podwórko. Na dworze jest psem niezmiernie towarzyskim. Dogaduje się i z psami energicznymi, z którymi pięknie się bawi i z tymi spokojnymi, z którymi może powąchać i posiedzieć na podwórku. Wielką radość czerpie z towarzystwa psich kumpli, co pozwala mu na odważniejsze kroki do nowego, lepszego życia. Odkąd jest w schronisku nie było psa, z którym by się nie dogadał, więc mógłby zamieszkać z psim towarzyszem. Fenek nie należy do psów, które od razu wskakują człowiekowi w ręce. Jest bardzo delikatny i poznawanie zajmuje trochę więcej czasu. Jednak pomimo tego jego machanie ogonkiem i radosne szczekanie, gdy widzi znanego wolontariusza bardzo nas rozczula. Fenek potrzebuje spokojnego domu, najlepiej z psim towarzystwem, który pozwoli mu otwierać się w swoim tempie i nie będzie wymagać od niego zbyt dużo i zbyt szybko. Jest to pies bardzo delikatny, który trafił do schroniska przepełniony lękiem, dlatego zasługuje na nowy, wyrozumiały dom, który pokaże mu, że człowiek może być kojarzony z przyjemnością, a nie strachem:)
