Finn

Chihuahua · Male

Finn is a fun, active terrier who although an older boy is still full of beans and will chase a ball for hours and will happily go for walks once settled into the home. Finn needs to be the only dog in the home but can have some walking friends, if they aren’t too bouncy. He recently enjoyed going for an adventure to the garden centre with some of our volunteers who said he could not have been better behaved – he enjoyed sniffing and exploring and happily sat for some nice fusses in the café, he almost fell asleep! Finn may need a little time to settle into a new home but then would love to go on some adventures with his new family – he loves the beach! He is a sweet boy looking for a quiet home with people around most of the time to start with but can be built up to him being left for a few hours. He is currently living his best life in foster as he struggles with life in kennels, he loves the garden to run around and play ball in so his new home will need a secure garden. He enjoys siting on the sofa and have some gentle fuss but does sometimes get himself stuck in uncomfortable positions so is learning to come away from the sofa when nicely asked too. Although small he prefers to get through life on his own terms and would rather not be picked up if possible – however he does allow us to pick him up for the car or vets. If you are looking for a full of character, loving companion then Finn might just be the one for you.
