03-05-26 Florence has come to us from a breeder and is now ready to begin her search for a loving forever home. She is a timid but incredibly sweet girl who is understandably a little worried to find herself in new surroundings. Florence can be shy when you first meet her, but once she has spent a few minutes with you, she begins to come out of her shell and will gently ask for a fuss. Florence is looking for a home with another kind, confident resident dog who can take her under their wing and help show her the ropes. She has never lived in a home before, so her adopters will need to be patient and understanding as she learns all about home life, including house training. We would consider homing her with gentle, dog savvy older children. We are told that Florence enjoyed lots of walks in her younger years, but she is a little out of practice now, so she will need quiet, gentle walks to help rebuild her confidence at her own pace. Florence is a truly wonderful girl who just needs a kind home to help her blossom. She has had 2 teeth removed at the time of her spay. At the moment, she is a little overweight but with a good diet and gentle exercise, she should soon shed the excess. This dog can be homed with a resident dog.
