Florentine, a Pudel, had to move to the animal shelter in her old age due to her owner's health issues. She comes from a well-cared-for household and is now urgently seeking a new home where she can relax and be loved and pampered in her old age. Unfortunately, she is currently very stressed in the shelter and has difficulty relaxing. We are looking for a ground-level home for Flori as she is no longer mobile. She easily slips on tile floors, so the new owner should have some sensitivity for the needs of an old dog. Several short walks are sufficient for the dog. The household and living environment should not be too turbulent. Flori is compatible with other dogs, but she is not very interested in them. If there is already a dog in the new household, it must be calm and relaxed in temperament, as Flori is no longer very steady on her feet. Flori needs daily heart medication and her blood values are not ideal. It is important to be aware that the dog has a limited time left and is looking for a nice home where she can live without the stress of the shelter. Florentine musste leider auf ihre alten Tage noch ins Tierheim umziehen, da sich ihre Besitzerin aus gesundheitlichen Gründen nicht mehr selbst um sie kümmern konnte. Die Pudelhündin stammt aus einem wohlbehüteten Haushalt und sucht nun dringend ein neues Zuhause, wo sie wieder zur Ruhe kommen kann und auf ihre alten Tage einfach liebgehabt und noch etwas betüdelt wird. Aktuell ist sie nämlich leider im Tierheim sehr gestresst und kommt kaum zur Ruhe. Wir suchen ein ebenerdiges Zuhause für Flori, da sie nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß ist. Auf Fliesenboden rutscht sie leicht aus, so dass die Übernehmer etwas Fingerspitzengefühl für die Bedürfnisse eines alten Hundes mitbringen sollten. Mehrere kleine Gassirunden reichen der Hündin völlig aus. Der Haushalt und auch die Wohnumgebung sollten nicht zu turbulent sein. Flori ist verträglich mit Artgenossen, allerdings hat sie nicht viel Interesse an ihnen. Sollte es im neuen Haushalt bereits einen Hund geben, dann muss er vom Temperament her unbedingt ruhig und entspannt sein, da Flori nicht mehr sehr standfest ist. Flori benötigt täglich Herzmedikamente und ihre Blutwerte sind auch nicht ideal. Man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, dass die Hündin nur noch eine begrenzte Zeit hat und einfach nochmal ein schönes Zuhause sucht, wo sie wohlbehütet ohne den Tierheimstress leben kann.
