A wonderful Mastin mix lady is on the lookout for a home! Fosca was spotted in a suburb of Sevilla, wandering around in search of water and food, rummaging through trash cans, and managing to get by as best she could. Neighbors reported the friendly female dog to our partners, but unfortunately, a neighbor had already informed the police. When animal welfare workers and police arrived at the scene almost simultaneously to secure the female dog, it was thankfully clear after a brief discussion that the girls at ARCA Sevilla could take in Fosca, and the approximately one to two-year-old lady could be settled into the shelter’s care. Our big bear of a girl got along famously with her four-legged roommates from the start. Fosca is always friendly, considerate, and surprisingly well-balanced for her age. When she’s not lying in the shade observing the other dogs’ activities, she strolls leisurely from A to B, greets her buddies along the way, but never gets into arguments or any kind of stress. For Fosca, the two-leggeds are much more important: she insists on cuddles and would prefer to be cuddled for hours on end. Unfortunately, in the stressful shelter routine, there’s not enough time for such dogs with a high cuddle need, and we hope that Fosca won’t have to wait too long for her very own person who will spoil her to her heart’s content. If you therefore have the space to house our not-so-handling cuddle monster, ideally with an enclosed yard where Fosca can fulfill her breed-specific duties and guard them, then please send a love letter, pardon, an application to our lovely lady.

Eine wunderschöne Mastinmix- Dame ist auf der Suche nach einem Zuhause! Fosca wurde in einem Vorort von Sevilla gesichtet, wie sie auf der Suche nach Wasser und Nahrung umherstreunte, sich aus Mülltonnen bediente und mehr schlecht als recht klarkam. Anwohner meldeten die freundliche Hündin unseren Partnern, doch leider hatte bereits parallel ein Nachbar die Polizei informiert. Als Tierschützer und Polizisten quasi zeitgleich zur Sicherung der Hündin eintrafen, war zum Glück nach kurzer Diskussion klar, dass die Mädels der ARCA Sevilla sich Fosca annehmen konnten und die ca. ein bis zwei Jahre junge Lady durfte in die Obhut des Tierheimes umsiedeln. Unser großes Bärchen verstand sich von Anfang an bestens mit ihren vierbeinigen Mitbewohnern. Fosca ist immer freundlich, rücksichtsvoll und für ihr Alter bereits erstaunlich ausgeglichen. Wenn sie nicht gerade im Schatten liegt und das Treiben der anderen Hunde beobachtet, schlendert sie gemütlich von A nach B, grüßt unterwegs ihre Kumpels, aber lässt sich niemals auf Streitigkeiten oder irgendwelchen Stress ein. Viel wichtiger sind für Fosca sowieso die Zweibeiner: Hier besteht sie auf Streicheleinheiten und würde sich am liebsten stundenlang beschmusen lassen. Leider ist im stressigen Tierheimalltag viel zu wenig Zeit für solche Hunde mit erhöhtem Kuschelbedürfnis und wir hoffen, dass Fosca nicht allzu lange warten muss, bis sie ihren ganz eigenen Menschen hat, der sie nach Strich und Faden verwöhnt. Wenn Sie also den Platz haben, unser nicht ganz so handliches Schmusemonster zu beherbergen, im Idealfall auch noch ein eingezäuntes Grundstück ihr Eigen nennen, auf dem Fosca ihrer rassegemäßen Bestimmung nachkommen und selbiges bewachen kann, dann schreiben Sie doch einfach einen Liebesbrief, pardon, eine Anfrage an unsere liebenswerte Lady.
