Her story: Foxy is a particularly beautiful female dog, who eagerly awaits a better life in the shelter in Baia Mare. What she has already experienced, we do not know, but it seems to have not been good, as Foxy is fearful and even our experienced staff cannot handle her. However, living with other dogs seems familiar to Foxy. She is social and gets along well with female dogs, male dogs have not yet been tested with her. Here in the shelter, it is intolerably loud and overcrowded, and so not a good place for a sensitive and frightened female dog. Therefore, we hope very much that the pretty mouse will find a loving new home as soon as possible. She was photographed and posted on this page so that a new, better chapter in her life can begin. With a shoulder height of about 40 cm, Foxy belongs to the medium-sized female dogs. She has beautiful, soft, reddish-brown fur and with her black eyes and her fearful gaze, she seems to look directly into our hearts. The sweet female dog, who reminds us of a fox with her striking fur and the mischievous face with small, pointed ears, is estimated to be about eight years old. Foxy probably hasn't heard anything about the life as a well-bred house dog. Leash walking and house cleanliness are just as unknown to her as commands and behavioral rules in the house. But we are sure that Foxy will learn the whole dog 1×1 if her new people take the time and work patiently with her, so that she can regain her trust. After the adjustment period, a visit to a positively working dog training class would contribute to the sensitive and insecure female dog's path to a better life. An assertive single dog could also help Foxy and give her security and orientation. We wish for Foxy patient, loving, and somewhat dog-experienced adopters who give her enough time to settle in and adapt to her new living situation at her own pace. Her people should have plenty of time for cuddles and mental stimulation with Foxy and offer her a cozy dog bed and sufficient contact with fellow animals. Would you like to be these people? Ihre Geschichte: Foxy ist eine ganz besonders hübsche Hündin, die im Shelter von Baia Mare sehnsüchtig auf ein besseres Leben wartet. Was sie schon alles erlebt hat, das wissen wir nicht, aber es scheint nichts Gutes gewesen zu sein, denn Foxy ist ängstlich und lässt sich selbst von unseren erfahrenen Mitarbeiter:innen nicht anfassen. Aber das Zusammenleben mit anderen Hunden scheint Foxy zu kennen. Sie ist sozial und gut verträglich mit Hündinnen, mit Rüden konnte sie noch nicht getestet werden. Hier im Shelter ist es unerträglich laut und überfüllt und so gar kein guter Ort für eine sensible und verängstigte Hündin. Deshalb hoffen wir sehr, dass die hübsche Maus möglichst schnell ein liebevolles neues Zuhause findet. Sie wurde fotografiert und auf diese Seite gestellt, damit ein neues, besseres Kapitel in ihrem Leben beginnen kann. Mit ca. 40 cm Schulterhöhe gehört Foxy zu den mittelgroßen Hündinnen. Sie hat wunderschönes, weiches, rotbraunes Fell und mit ihren schwarzen Augen und ihrem ängstlichen Blick scheint sie direkt in unser Herz zu sehen. Die süße Hündin, die durch ihr auffälliges Fell und das verschmitzte Gesicht mit den kleinen, spitzen Ohren an einen Fuchs erinnert, ist schätzungsweise acht Jahre alt. Von dem Leben als wohlerzogene Haushündin hat Foxy wahrscheinlich noch nichts gehört. Leinenführigkeit und Stubenreinheit sind ihr genauso unbekannt wie Kommandos und Verhaltensregeln im Haus. Aber wir sind uns sicher, dass Foxy das ganze Hunde-1×1 noch lernen wird, wenn sich ihre neuen Menschen viel Zeit nehmen und geduldig mit ihr arbeiten, damit sie wieder Vertrauen fassen kann. Nach der Eingewöhnungszeit würde der Besuch einer positiv arbeitenden Hundeschule dazu beitragen, der sensible und unsichere Hündin den Weg in ein besseres Leben zu ebnen. Auch ein selbstbewusster Ersthund könnte Foxy helfen und ihr Sicherheit und Orientierung geben. Wir wünschen uns für Foxy geduldige, liebevolle und etwas hundeerfahrene Adoptanten, die ihr genügend Zeit lassen, anzukommen und sich ganz in ihrem Tempo in ihrer neuen Lebenssituation einzugewöhnen. Ihre Menschen sollten viel Zeit für Streicheleinheiten und Beschäftigung mit Foxy haben und ihr ein kuscheliges Körbchen und ausreichend Kontakt zu Artgenossen bieten können. Möchtet ihr vielleicht diese Menschen sein? Dann meldet euch bei uns! Foxy reist kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt und entfloht mit einem EU-Heimtierausweis in ihr neues Zuhause. Sie wird nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und gegen eine Schutzgebühr von 500 Euro vermittelt. Auch über eine Pflegestelle für Foxy würden wir uns sehr freuen.
