In December of 2018 we found Fred all alone in the hospital grounds. He was super friendly and healthy so we doubt that he had been born on the streets. Whether he was dumped or ran away we don't know but no one ever came forward to claim him. He is still at the shelter with us today and is such a friendly, outgoing boy.
