Zypern:Der liebenswerte Freddy wurde bereits im Oktober 2024 von einer ehrenamtlichen Helferin in der Nähe des Tierheims gefunden. Vermutlich wurde er dort einfach ausgesetzt. Leider gehört das zum ganz normalen Alltag auf Zypern. Nun lebt er schon seit einiger Zeit im Roberts Dog Sanctuary und keiner versteht, warum der tolle Kerl übersehen wird. Der wunderschöne Rüde ist mittelgroß und hat glänzendes dreifarbiges Fell. Freddy hat ein angenehmes gemäßigtes Temperament, ist anhänglich, sehr liebevoll und genießt die Aufmerksamkeit in vollen Zügen. Er fasst sofort Vertrauen zu allen Menschen, die ihm begegnen. Freddy ist sehr kontaktfreudig und verträglich mit Artgenossen. An der Leine läuft er auch bereits sehr gut. Wir wünschen uns für ihn einfühlsame Menschen, die ihm einerseits Sicherheit vermitteln und ihn liebevoll an sein neues Leben heranführen. Andererseits sollten seine Menschen aktiv sein, denn er möchte Abenteuer erleben. Eins steht fest – mit Freddy bekommen Sie einen treuen Hundefreund. Für Freddy wäre eine ländliche Umgebung wünschenswert. Im Idealfall darf er in einem Haus mit einem hundesicher eingezäunten Garten leben. Eine Wohnung mit nicht allzu vielen Treppen ist auch eine gute Option. Es ist wichtig zu beachten, dass Freddy sehr wahrscheinlich einen Jagdtrieb hat, weshalb ein verantwortungsvoller Umgang und Training von Vorteil sind. Hunde mit Jagdtrieb benötigen oft viel geistige und körperliche Auslastung. Wenn Freddy erst einmal angekommen ist, möchte er noch viel lernen. Dazu gehört unter anderem das Alleinebleiben, was er natürlich noch nicht kann. Vor allem am Anfang braucht er eine Rund-um-die-Uhr-Betreuung. Auch der Besuch einer Hundeschule ist für ihn besonders wichtig. Kinder im Haushalt sollten mindestens das Schulalter erreicht haben und einen respektvollen Umgang mit einem Tier pflegen. Freddy ist gechippt, geimpft und kastriert. Beim Mittelmeercheck wurde er positiv auf Anaplasmose und Ehrlichiose getestet und bereits behandelt. Zudem wurde bei ihm Leishmaniose diagnostiziert, daher bekommt er täglich Allopurinol. Seine Werte sind jedoch niedrig, seine Blutwerte sind gut, es geht ihm bestens und er hat keinerlei Symptome. Die Tierschutzabgabe inkl. Flugkostenanteil nach Hamburg beträgt 640,00 EUR. Andere Flughäfen wie Frankfurt oder München können wir Ihnen nur nach Verfügbarkeit anbieten, zzgl. einer Transportmittelpauschale von 100,00 EUR.
