Wo sind unsere schwarzen Kater Liebhaber? 🖤 Das ist Raul. Er kam als Fundkater zu uns. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt lief er bereits seit über einem halben Jahr mit einer Wunde hinter dem Ohr herum. Es dauerte lange, bis er gesichert werden konnte, denn Menschen gegenüber war er sehr skeptisch und unsicher. Seine ersten vorsichtigen Berührungspunkte mit Menschen machte er bei uns. Anfangs brauchte er viel Abstand, Geduld und Zeit. Doch mittlerweile ist er kaum wiederzuerkennen. Er ist richtig zugänglich geworden, fordert seine Streicheleinheiten selbst ein und genießt sie sichtlich. Und wenn man sein Herz noch ein kleines bisschen schneller erobern möchte: Leckerchen sind Rauls bester Freund! Über Futter lässt er sich gut motivieren und gerade am Anfang kann das sehr dabei helfen, eine Vertrauensbasis zu ihm aufzubauen. Seine Wunde hinter dem Ohr ist mittlerweile vollständig abgeheilt. Die lange Zeit, in der er mit dieser Wunde leben musste, hat jedoch Spuren hinterlassen. An dieser Stelle reagiert er bei Berührungen noch etwas empfindlich. Hier braucht es einfach Verständnis und Zeit, damit er lernt, dass ihm nichts mehr passiert. Für ihn wünschen wir uns ein ruhiges und verständnisvolles Zuhause ohne kleine Kinder und ohne weitere Tiere bei Menschen mit etwas Katzenerfahrung. Wer sein Vertrauen gewinnt, wird mit einem Kater belohnt, der bereits gezeigt hat, wie viel Zuneigung in ihm steckt. Nach einer ausreichend langen Eingewöhnungszeit soll er außerdem wieder die Möglichkeit zum Freigang bekommen. Der junge Kerl hat in seiner Zeit bei uns schon so unglaublich viel gelernt. Jetzt fehlt ihm nur noch ein Zuhause, in dem er die Zeit und Geduld bekommt, die er braucht, um endgültig anzukommen und zu zeigen, was für ein wundervoller Kater in ihm steckt.
