Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️

Male · Young · 3 years

Sometimes life writes the most beautiful stories: Fussel and Mr. Aldi originally came to us as foundlings independently of each other. Here at the animal shelter, the two have gotten to know each other, become friends, and are now a real team. That’s why we want to place them together. For the two, we wish for a quiet home with cat-experienced people and a later release in a less trafficked area. If there are children, they should already be in their teenage years and familiar with respectful cat interaction. Fussel is the more sensitive of the two. At first, he needs some time to build trust and get to know new people. But once his heart is won, he will be hard to let go of – in the best way! Then he follows his person step by step and constantly rubs against their legs. Watch out, tripping hazard! Fussel has a bump on his left front leg from an old forearm fracture. This does not affect him and he manages very well with it. During a serious lung infection in connection with cat cold, he had breathing problems for a long time. Unfortunately, a mild chronic cold developed, but he lives well with it. Mr. Aldi approaches things a bit differently. He is initially skeptical and has not fully allowed himself to be handled yet. At the same time, his curiosity is often greater than his caution, so he is happy to take up play offers and carefully explore his surroundings. Whether he will allow himself to be stroked in a new home, where he feels safe and comfortable, is something we cannot promise. If this is not the case, we wish for people who accept him as he is and do not push him into something. Also, Mr. Aldi is slightly affected by a chronic cold, but both are in good health. For those who are looking for two very special characters who give each other support and want to go through life together, Fussel and Mr. Aldi could be the perfect roommates. This cat needs outdoor access.

Frequently asked

Adopting Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Tierheim Düsseldorf handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️ on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️ if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Tierheim Düsseldorf will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️ already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️ isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Tierheim Düsseldorf early rather than rehoming privately; they know Fussel & Hr. Aldi suchen gemeinsam ihr Für-immer-Zuhause ❤️ and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
