As soon as she has gained trust, she is very cuddly and snuggles up and lies on top of or near her body. She is very relaxed during the day and prefers to sleep where the people spend most of their time (couch, chairs) rather than in her little bed. For her 9 years, she is still quite quick on her feet. She loves chasing strings, catching treats, or rolling a ball back and forth. Unfortunately, she is still quite skittish. It takes some time and patience for her to trust someone. Fussel has no teeth left due to severe mouth infections; during dental work, the remaining teeth had to be removed. Additionally, it remains a human responsibility to assist Fussel with her facial hygiene. Even though she often does it herself, sometimes she needs help.

Sobald sie Vertrauen gefasst hat, ist sie sehr verschmust und verkuschelt und liegt auf einem drauf oder in Körpernähe. Sie ist tagsüber sehr entspannt und schläft lieber gerne dort, wo sich die Menschen am meisten aufhalten (Couch, Stühle) als in ihrem Bettchen. Sie ist für ihre 9 Jahre aber noch richtig schnell unterwegs. Sie liebt es Bänder um die Ecke zu jagen, Leckerlis zu fangen oder einen Ball hin und her zu kullern. Leider ist sie aber dennoch schreckhaft. Am Anfang braucht es etwas Zeit und Geduld bis sie sich einem anvertraut. Fussel hat keine Zähne mehr, bzgl. starke Entzündungen im Maul, musste bei der Zahnsanierung die restlichen Zähne gezogen werden. Weiterhin bleibt es eine Menschenaufgabe, Fussel bei ihrer Gesichtshygiene zu untersützen. Auch wenn sie es oft selber macht, braucht es manchmal Unterstützung. Fussel wird nach erfolgreicher Vorkontrolle als Einzelkatze vermittelt.
