Gemma is a female dog, likely a shepherd mix. She has had a terrible past and comes from a shelter where dogs were severely neglected. Thanks to a police and court case, the shelter was closed and we took the dogs into our care.Gemma is extremely fearful and has never been socialized. She has learned to walk on a leash with us, which she does well now, though it is still stressful for her.She needs a home with people experienced with traumatized dogs, who can provide the calm, safety, and love she desperately needs. Gemma is a sweet dog with no aggression, but she is very fearful and vulnerable.We are looking for a quiet, loving, and patient home for Gemma, where she can safely grow and learn to trust humans.Gemma es una perra, probablemente una mezcla de pastor.
