She was initially housed at the municipal animal shelter Stupin before moving to our partner shelter, Victory Shelter. The Victory Shelter site in its current form is split into two parts: the old part contains the animal shelter that was renovated in 2013. Five years ago, an adjacent plot was leased in order to relocate the municipal animal shelter long-term. The lease runs for five years and has just expired. Now the railway company is suddenly demanding an exorbitant rent, forcing our partner organisation to vacate the site. We are, of course, not leaving our animal welfare colleagues in the lurch and have promised to help. This means we have to squeeze together a bit here too and take in more animals than planned. We are looking for a loving home in a quiet rural setting for this fearful girl, with empathetic people who have the time and patience to give her trust and security. A confident, calm only dog would certainly do her good and help her ease into a normal life. Because of her fearful nature, there should be no children in the household.
