Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?

TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (NL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.

Giandomenico (32152) en Mariarosa

Unknown · Kitten · 6 months

This cat is staying in one of our foster families selected by the Breda Animal Shelter. If you are interested, please contact the foster family directly. Email address: PS: If you are only looking for one kitten, you do not need to respond to this ad. Giandomenico: Hi! I'm Witkip. Yes, my real name is Giandomenico (don't ask me why) but for the sake of convenience, my foster parents always refer to me as "white chicken"... Anyway! I am a huge cuddle box. Really. I just want to cuddle. And play. And then cuddle again. If you cuddle with my sister, I just wriggle myself in between. I'm looking for a house with my sister Mariarosa (or... girl chicken. How do you come up with it) where I can play and run and especially cuddle a lot!! Is that with you? Come and meet us soon! Mariarosa: Hello! I'm Mariarosa. I'm beautiful. And smart. And incredibly sweet, even if I say so myself. Together with my brother Giandomenico, I'm looking for a house with nice people! How many people? Doesn't matter! As long as you play and cuddle with me. I'm already "APK", so ready for a new adventure! Do you like me, my brother, and my beautiful eyeliner? Then send an email to meet us! General information: All our cats and kittens on the website are ready to be adopted. They are 12 weeks or older. After getting to know the foster family, an appointment can be made to finalize the adoption. Kittens under 6 months are placed in pairs or in a house where there is already a young companion.
