Das kann dir die kleine Gibby ganz genau erzählen. Gibby wurde an Silvester von einer lieben Tierschützerin am Straßenrand gefunden. Sie war mehr tot als lebendig, nachdem sie von einem Auto angefahren wurde. Natürlich wurde sofort gehandelt und Gibby kam in die Tierklinik. Hier stellte sich heraus, dass Gibby eine Familie hat. Als diese jedoch von dem Unfall und den anstehenden Operationen erfuhr, entschieden sie sich dafür, die kleine Hundedame abzugeben. Nachdem Gibby ihr Zuhause verloren hat, musste sie sich mehreren Operationen unterziehen, da viele Teile ihres kleinen Körpers zertrümmert wurden unter anderem im Bereich von Sitz- und Schambein. Nachdem sie erfolgreich operiert wurde, hieß es strikte Boxenruhe, damit sie wieder komplett gesund wird. Gibby hat alles super überstanden – jedoch war ihre Muskulatur bereits so geschwächt, dass sie zur Physiotherapie überwiesen wurde. Aktuell geht es Gibby sehr gut. Sie bewegt sich und meistert ihren Alltag eigenständig. Mittlerweile kann sie wieder ein normales Leben führen – jedoch ohne allzu große Anstrengung. Mit ihrer Größe von 28cm und einem Gewicht von 4,5kg ist sie eine kleine und handliche Begleitung. In ihrer Pflegestelle zeigt sie sich als freundliche und selbstbewusste Hündin, die die Gesellschaft von Menschen sehr genießt. Mit ihren fast 11 Jahren macht sie am liebsten folgendes: den ganzen Tag entspannen. Sie ist stubenrein und macht nichts kaputt. Mit Hunden und Katzen ist sie verträglich. Für die kleine Seniorin suchen wir einen Altersruhesitz, an dem sie noch ein paar ruhige Jahre genießen kann. Sie würde sich über Geborgenheit und gemütliche Spaziergänge genauso freuen wie über ein weiches Körbchen, in dem sie endlich ankommen darf.
