Gismo and Nala came to us at our shelter due to a euthanasia case. The two cat friends have experienced a lot of loss in a short time and had to get used to many new situations. Gismo is the more open of the two. He is braver and more willing to explore than Nala. At first, he needed Nala, but not as much as she needed him. Currently, however, both would rather go their own way and do not want to interact much with each other. Gismo is still very reserved. He avoids other cats and humans whenever possible. However, his curiosity sometimes gets the better of him. We are looking for a suitable living arrangement for Gismo and Nala, either an apartment or a home with a secure outdoor area, if they are rehomed individually. The two also get along with dogs and lived with one for a while. We would like a quiet home for them, preferably with older children, as they need time and peace to settle in. This cat is to be kept indoors only.

Gismo und Nala kamen aufgrund eines Sterbefalls zu uns ins Tierheim. Die beiden Katzenfreunde haben in kurzer Zeit viel Verlust erlebt und mussten sich an viele neue Situationen gewöhnen. Gismo ist der Aufgeschlossenere von beiden. Er traut sich schneller und mehr als Nala. Anfangs brauchte er Nala, jedoch nicht so sehr, wie sie ihn. Im Moment möchten jedoch beide nicht viel miteinander zu tun haben und gehen lieber ihren eigenen Weg. Gismo ist noch sehr zurückhaltend. Er meidet andere Katzen und auch Menschen lieber. Manchmal gewinnt aber doch seine Neugier die Oberhand. Für Gismo und Nala suchen wir ein gemeinsames Zuhause in Wohnungshaltung oder ein Zuhause mit sicherem Freigang, wenn sie einzeln vermittelt werden. Die beiden kennen auch Hunde und lebten zeitweise mit einem zusammen. Wir wünschen uns für sie ein ruhiges Zuhause höchstens mit größeren Kindern, da sie Zeit und Ruhe brauchen, um anzukommen.
