Gizmo & Peggy stammen aus einer Tötungsstation. Unser Team wollte eigentlich nur den lieben Spitzrüden aufnehmen aber die kleine Mopsdame Peggy konnten wir vor Ort nicht zurücklassen. So kamen beide zu uns und suchen nun nach einem passenden Zuhause. Gizmo ist ein ganz zauberhafter Kleinspitzrüde! Er mag alles und jeden: Menschen begegnet er freundlich und offen, ebenso allen Artgenossen, die er bisher bei uns getroffen hat. Mit seinen Bezugspersonen kuschelt er unglaublich gerne und schmiegt sich in den Schoß wie eine Katze. Anderen Hunden begegnet er respektvoll und interessiert. Gizmo wäre demnach sowohl als Einzelhund, als auch als Zweithund geeignet. Kinder sollten mind. im Grundschulalter sein und Hundeerfahrung mitbringen. Da Gizmo sich stark an seinen Menschen orientiert und schnell eine Bindung aufbaut, könnten wir ihn uns auch in einem mäßig belebten Stadtsetting vorstellen, wenn es genügend Grünanlagen für Spaziergänge in der Nähe gibt. Auch bei Hundeanfängern können wir ihn uns aufgrund seiner offenen und freundlichen Art vorstellen. Mit einer schrittweisen Eingewöhnung könnte er seine Besitzer auch ins Büro begleiten oder wäre auch für die Arbeit mit Menschen geeignet. Leider kam bei seinem ersten Tierarztbesuch ein positiver Herzwurmtest raus. Nach dem Herzultraschall stellte sich ein leichter Herzwurmbefall heraus. Diesen kann man auch problemlos in Deutschland weiterbehandeln und heilen. Wir begleiten und beraten euch natürlich während des gesamten Prozesses & haben auch eine Würmchen-Support-Gruppe mit betroffenen Adoptanten, die bereits viele Erfahrungen gesammelt haben. Alles zum Thema Herzwürmer findest du hier. Gizmo ist ein wirklich toller, kleiner Kerl, der ein liebevolles Zuhause mehr als verdient hat. Wir hoffen sehr, dass er schnell sein pawfect Match findet.
