Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V

Mixed Breed · Unknown · Young · 2 years

♂, ♂, born ca. 9/2024 - lovable - reserved Grey and Liam are ca. 9/2024 born tomcats from Spain. Liam (white paws/legs, born ca. 10.09.2024) was found as a kitten together with his mother on a field and left to fend for himself. They were secured and brought into a foster home at the animal shelter. Grey (born ca. 25.09.2024) was found as a kitten alone on a street with cars driving by. He was in great danger and was fortunately secured in time. He arrived at the foster home very frightened. It is uncertain what the little tomcat must have endured in his short life to be so afraid. Now he is quite affectionate and lives in the foster home with a cat who just had a kitten (Liam) and took care of Grey directly, like her own kitten. Grey and Liam are quite shy Samtpfoten. With initial reserve and skepticism, the two lovable tomcats need time to build trust. Their future people should meet them with composure and patience, as well as give them time to get used to everything new. Grey and Liam enjoy the quiet moments, are age-appropriate but also quite playful and like to lie in their nests or bask in the sun. A quiet home with a cat-safe, cat-safe netted balcony should be present to allow them a happy life with plenty of fresh air and sunlight; also, appropriate space, as well as a cat-friendly home would be optimal and dreamlike. Grey and Liam get along very well and like each other so much that a shared home is sought for them. Grey and Liam will be neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV and FelV before being rehomed. They are in an animal shelter in Andalusia/Spain. The adoption fee for Grey and Liam is 500,- € (250,- € per cat). Do you want to give Grey and Liam a loving home? About Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V

What life with Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V looks like

Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V is a large young adult mixed breed cat waiting at Ein Freund fürs Leben e.V. in Berlin.

An adult cat usually shows their personality within a week. Give them a quiet room with everything they need (food, water, litter, hiding spot) and let them choose when to explore. Don't force interaction — every cat decides for themselves when a new home counts as home.

Frequently asked

Adopting Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Ein Freund fürs Leben e.V. handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Ein Freund fürs Leben e.V. will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most cats on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Ein Freund fürs Leben e.V. early rather than rehoming privately; they know Grey & Liam | EFfL e.V and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (DE). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
