Grzybek

Mixed Breed · Male · Puppy · 3 months

❤️ GRZYBEK – A TINY, BIG TREASURE! 🐾 Grzybek is a just 8-kilogram, one-and-a-half-year-old boy who was abandoned by the road in the woods. He took a long time to recover from the trauma he experienced. However, today he shows on every step how fantastic he is as a Puppy! ❤️ He is adorable, gentle and gets along great with other Dogs – he absolutely loves their company🐶 At home he keeps clean, walks nicely on a leash and loves walks. In the first contact he can be a bit shy so he needs a moment of patience and his own pace of acclimatization to new conditions. That's why we dream of a home with a stable dog friend who will give him confidence and will break new trails. This is really a tiny Dog with huge potential for the best Friend❤️ The boy is in Pionki near Radom Tel. adoption: 606 854 980

W pierwszym kontakcie bywa odrobinkę nieśmiały więc potrzebuje chwilki cierpliwości i własnego tempa aklimatyzacji do nowych warunków.

About Grzybek

What life with Grzybek looks like

Grzybek is a small puppy/kitten mixed breed dog waiting at Fundacja Puszatek in Warszawa.

Puppies need routine, gentle socialization, and roughly two short outings a day for the first year. The first six months are the formative window — house-training, leash work, and quiet exposure to traffic, other dogs, and unfamiliar people happen now or not at all. Expect early-morning wake-ups and a few months of chewing.

🇵🇱Adopting from Poland

Polish shelters maintain established transport routes to Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Sweden. Animals leave sterilized and chipped. Adoption fees are typically lower than in Western Europe (often €50–€150) but adopters cover transport.

Frequently asked

Adopting Grzybek, answered.

How do I contact the shelter about Grzybek?
Use the phone, email, or website link in the sidebar of this page. Fundacja Puszatek handles screening and the adoption contract directly — TailHarbor doesn't broker the conversation. When you reach out, mention you saw Grzybek on TailHarbor so they know which animal you're asking about.
Can I adopt Grzybek if I live in another country?
Yes, in most cases. Rescues across Europe routinely place animals abroad — Fundacja Puszatek will tell you what they need (EU pet passport, rabies titer, transport coordination) and whether they handle transport themselves or refer you to a partner. Plan for an extra €100–€350 in transport costs depending on distance.
Is Grzybek already vetted, vaccinated, and chipped?
Most dogs on TailHarbor leave their shelter with sterilization, current vaccinations, microchip ID, and an EU pet passport included in the adoption fee. The vet status on this page reflects what the shelter has reported — ask them directly if you need details on specific vaccines, recent bloodwork, or chronic conditions.
What happens if Grzybek isn't the right fit?
Every reputable rescue accepts an animal back if the adoption genuinely doesn't work — that's part of the standard contract. Talk it through with Fundacja Puszatek early rather than rehoming privately; they know Grzybek and can place them more successfully than a second-hand listing can.
Why does the description sometimes read awkwardly?
TailHarbor translates shelter descriptions into English from the source language (PL). Translation is imperfect — names of streets, donors, and shelter-specific terms occasionally slip through unidiomatically. For the cleanest read, click the source link to see the shelter's original page.
