We are looking for a new home for Happy. Due to unforeseen circumstances, his current caregiver can only care for him until the end of this year... Happy is almost two years old, neutered and weighs just under 14 kg. Behavior at home: He is an extremely energetic dog, but once fully acclimated to his new environment and routine, he is calm and peaceful in the apartment. He is fully trained and accustomed to staying in a kennel crate, but he also has no problem staying at home for up to 9 hours outside the crate. He does not destroy things and sleeps the whole day away in the owner's absence. Activity and walks: He is very active on walks. He loves to sniff and explore the area. He learns quickly, is very open to working with humans and enjoys performing tasks, although he can also be stubborn. He can pull on a leash, but this mainly happens in moments of heightened excitement. Socialization and transportation: He is fully trained to wear a physiological muzzle. He travels without problems by public transportation (trams, trains) and by car (he is trained to ride in the trunk). Relationship with people and dogs: He is extremely friendly and open to people. In his relationship with other dogs on walks, he behaves rather calmly and conservatively, although he occasionally shows his teeth in a situation where he is dominated or attacked by another dog. Key behavioral flaw: Happy has a very short fuse. He quickly and violently enters very high emotional arousal registers, from which it is sometimes difficult to bring him back down to earth. He needs a caregiver who can read warning signals and manage his emotions. Given his enormous temperament, homes with young children and the elderly will not be a good fit for him. Happy needs a home with active people, preferably sports enthusiasts or dog handlers, who will be able to harness his enormous energy and use it wisely. Szukamy nowego domu dla Happiego. Z przyczyn losowych dotychczasowa opiekunka może się nim zajmować jeszcze tylko do końca tego roku... Happy ma prawie dwa lata, jest wykastrowany i waży niecałe 14 kg. Zachowanie w domu: To niezwykle energiczny pies, ale po pełnym oswojeniu się z nowym otoczeniem i rutyną, w mieszkaniu jest wyciszony i zachowuje się bardzo spokojnie. Jest w pełni nauczony i przyzwyczajony do zostawania w klatce kennelowej, ale też bez problemu zostaje w domu do 9h poza klatką. Nie niszczy rzeczy, przesypia cały dzień pod nieobecność właściciela. Aktywność i spacery: Na spacerach jest bardzo aktywny. Uwielbia węszyć i eksplorować teren. Szybko się uczy, jest bardzo otwarty na pracę z człowiekiem i chętnie wykonuje zadania, choć bywa też uparty. Potrafi ciągnąć na smyczy, ale dzieje się to głównie w momentach wzmożonej ekscytacji. Socjalizacja i transport: Jest w pełni nauczony noszenia kagańca fizjologicznego. Bez problemu podróżuje środkami komunikacji miejskiej (tramwaje, pociągi) oraz samochodem (jest nauczony jazdy w bagażniku). Stosunek do ludzi i psów: Do ludzi jest skrajnie przyjazny i otwarty. W stosunku do innych psów na spacerach zachowuje się raczej spokojnie i zachowawczo, choć sporadycznie zdarza mu się pokazać zęby w sytuacji, gdy sam zostanie przez innego psa zdominowany lub zaatakowany. Kluczowy mankament behawioralny: Happy ma bardzo krótki lont. Bardzo szybko i gwałtownie wchodzi na bardzo wysokie rejestry pobudzenia emocjonalnego, z których momentami ciężko jest sprowadzić go z powrotem na ziemię. Wymaga opiekuna, który potrafi czytać sygnały ostrzegawcze i zarządzać jego emocjami.Z uwagi na jego ogromny temperament, domy z małymi dziećmi oraz osoby starsze nie będą dla niego odpowiednim miejscem. Happy potrzebuje domu u ludzi aktywnych, najlepiej pasjonatów sportu lub pracy z psami, którzy będą potrafili okiełznać jego potężną energię i spożytkować ją w mądry sposób.Szukamy najlepszego domu, w którym Happy dostanie nie tylko miłość, ale i konsekwentne, bezpieczne prowadzenie.
