adoption requirements adoption process Adopt this animal now! Heather has found a home! Heather had great luck and was able to travel to Germany in a foster home in mid-February. Her story: The sweet Heather does not belong behind bars, but in the heart of a home! Heather knows the life on the streets all too well – but what about a real home life? That is still a big and unknown adventure for the little stray. She was found alone and probably had never known a safe place or people who cared for her. Currently, Heather lives in a Romanian intake station. While she is well-fed and has a roof over her head, unfortunately, she still has to spend her life outside in a pen. Heather is about 3 years old and not only an externally sweet treasure, but also an inner gold mine. She is exceptionally loving and friendly and immediately asks for friendship after a short get-to-know-you period with us. Our Heather is a beautiful, petite mixed-breed female dog with short, blonde fur. With a shoulder height of about 40 cm and a body length of around 45 cm, she is slightly longer than she is tall and weighs just 10 kg. Her loyal, honest gaze makes her even more captivating. Which breeds are in her, we unfortunately cannot say, but that is completely irrelevant for Heather and hopefully also for the people who fall in love with her. Heather gets along well with her fellow animals, but she has not yet met any cats. The big dog ABC is still completely foreign to her, as is life in the house as part of a family. We are therefore looking for loving people where she can arrive in peace and where she can be shown with patience and understanding that life has more to offer than just surviving on the streets. A cozy dog bed, exciting walks, playful playtimes, and of course lots of cuddles – that is what Heather so much wishes for. Who will give this lovable little mouse the chance to find a home where she can finally be happy? A foster home would also be a valuable opportunity for her to learn and grow in a safe environment. Heather hatte großes Glück und durfte Mitte Februar in ihre Pflegestelle nach Deutschland reisen. Ihre Geschichte: Die süße Heather gehört nicht hinter Gittern, sondern mitten ins Herz! Heather kennt das Leben auf der Straße nur zu gut – aber das Leben in einem richtigen Zuhause? Das ist für die kleine Streunerin noch ein großes und unbekanntes Abenteuer. Sie wurde ganz alleine gefunden und hatte wohl noch nie einen sicheren Platz oder Menschen, die sich um sie kümmerten. Derzeit lebt Heather in einer rumänischen Auffangstation. Zwar wird sie gut mit Futter versorgt und hat ein Dach über dem Kopf, doch leider muss sie ihr Leben immer noch draußen in einem Zwinger verbringen. Heather ist ungefähr 3 Jahre alt und nicht nur äußerlich ein süßer Schatz, sondern auch innerlich ein echtes Goldstück. Sie ist ausgesprochen lieb und freundlich und stellt schon nach einem kurzen Kennenlernen direkt ihre Freundschaftsanfrage an uns Menschen. Unsere Heather ist eine hübsche, zierliche Mini-Mischlingshündin mit kurzem, blonden Fell. Mit einer Schulterhöhe von etwa 40 cm und einer Körperlänge von ca. 45 cm ist sie etwas länger als hoch und wiegt gerade einmal 10 kg. Ihr treuer, ehrlicher Blick macht sie noch bezaubernder. Welche Rassen in ihr stecken, können wir leider nicht sagen, aber das ist für Heather völlig unwichtig. Und hoffentlich auch für die Menschen, die sich in sie verlieben. Mit ihren Artgenossen versteht sich die unkomplizierte und offene Heather gut, Katzen kennt sie jedoch noch nicht. Auch das große Hunde-ABC ist ihr noch völlig fremd, ebenso wie das Leben im Haus als Teil der Familie. Wir suchen daher liebevolle Menschen, bei denen sie in Ruhe ankommen darf und die ihr mit Geduld und Verständnis zeigen, dass das Leben mehr zu bieten hat als nur das Überleben auf der Straße. Ein kuscheliges Körbchen, aufregende Spaziergänge, spaßige Spielzeiten und natürlich viele Streicheleinheiten – das ist es, was Heather sich so sehr wünscht. Nach einer positiven Vorkontrolle und der Übernahme einer Schutzgebühr in Höhe von 500 Euro reist Heather kastriert, gechipt, geimpft, entwurmt, entfloht und mit einem EU-Heimtierausweis. Wer schenkt dieser liebenswerten Maus die Chance auf ein Zuhause, in dem sie endlich glücklich sein kann? Auch eine Pflegestelle wäre eine wertvolle Gelegenheit für sie, um in einem sicheren Umfeld zu lernen und zu wachsen. Vielen Dank, Britta, dass du ihre Namenspatenschaft übernommen hast.
