Hedra was a stray female dog in an advanced stage of pregnancy who appeared near homes. No one knew where she came from, how long her legs had wandered, or what she had already experienced. Then, a relentless rain came and in these difficult conditions, she gave birth to six defenseless puppies. People at least rolled over a container for her to hide in. For Hedra, the hardest fight began to protect her puppies. Unfortunately, three of the six puppies immediately lost their fight. Three were given a chance to live, along with their mother. Hedra was scared and protected her puppies with all her strength. She attacked anyone who approached them. She was not bad, but scared, desperate, and determined to do everything for her little ones. Initially, working with Hedra was very challenging, but today she is a completely different dog. Every day, she shows us that behind her defensive behavior was not aggression, but fear, pain, and a huge maternal instinct. And Hedra has one beautiful trait! When she decides to trust a person, she completely surrenders to him. From a scared dog, she became an incredibly devoted soul who wants to be with her person, feel his closeness. Hedra does not deserve to have her past determine her future. She deserves a home where she will not have to fight for anything. A home where she can finally love fully. Hedra bola bezprízorná fenka vo vysokom štádiu gravidity, ktorá sa objavila neďaleko domov. Nikto nevedel, odkiaľ prišla, ako dlho sa túlali jej labky a čo všetko už musela zažiť. Potom prišiel neutíchajúci dážď a práve v neľahkých podmienkach priviedla na svet šesť bezbranných šteniatok. Ľudia jej aspoň zvalili kontajner, aby sa mala kde ukryť. Pre Hedru však začal najťažší boj ochrániť svoje šteniatka. Tri zo šiestich šteniatok svoj boj žiaľ okamžite prehrali. Tri dostali šancu žiť a spolu s nimi aj ich mamka. Hedra bola vystrašená a svoje šteniatka chránila zo všetkých síl. Útočila na každého, kto sa k nim priblížil. Nebola zlá, ale vystrašená, zúfalá a odhodlaná urobiť všetko pre svoje drobčeky. Spočiatku bola práca s Hedrou veľmi náročná, no dnes je z nej úplne iná fenka. Každým dňom nám ukazuje, že za jej obranným správaním nebola agresivita, ale strach, bolesť a obrovský materinský inštinkt. A Hedra má jednu nádhernú vlastnosť ! Keď sa rozhodne človeku dôverovať, úplne sa mu odovzdá. Z vystrašenej fenky sa stala neuveriteľne oddaná duša, ktorá chce byť pri svojom človeku, cítiť jeho blízkosť. Hedra si nezaslúži, aby jej minulosť určovala budúcnosť. Zaslúži si domov, v ktorom už nebude musieť o nič bojovať. Domov, kde bude môcť konečne milovať naplno.
