Hello, my dear friends, I am the little Helmut. Through another animal welfare association, I ended up in the animal shelter. I am still a young tomcat and had never had a proper home before. I got a little injured on my knee, which really hurt, so I had to keep my leg in a splint. Thankfully, the injury has healed, but because I didn't move my hind leg, it has become stiff. That doesn't bother me too much, but it does look a bit comical when I walk. However, I can still play, run, and climb trees just fine. For my new home, I would love to have a secure run. I haven't had much contact with people yet, and I find them a bit scary. Maybe my new food openers could show me that people might not be so bad and can get along with us wild ones. I would definitely be happy to have a friend or two, but that's not a must. Come and meet me!. This cat needs outdoor access.

Hallo, ihr Lieben, ich bin der kleine Helmut. Durch einen anderen Tierschutzverein bin ich hier im Tierheim gelandet. Ich bin noch ein junger Kater und hatte auch noch nie ein richtiges Zuhause. Ich habe mich damals an meinem Knie verletzt, das tat mir so weh, dass ich mein Bein nur noch in Schonhaltung gehalten habe. Die Verletzung ist zum Glück geheilt, aber dadurch, dass ich mein hinteres Bein nicht bewegt habe, ist es versteift. Mich stört das nicht weiter, allerdings sieht es jetzt ein bisschen komisch aus, wenn ich laufe. Aber damit kann man trotzdem noch gut toben, rennen und auf Kratzbäume klettern. Für mein neues Zuhause würde ich mir wünschen, dass ich gesicherten Freigang haben würde. Mit den Menschen hatte ich auch noch nicht viel Kontakt, die finde ich auch noch etwas gruselig. Vielleicht könnten mir meine neuen Dosenöffner zeigen, dass Menschen vielleicht doch nicht schlimm sind und sich mit uns Wildchen auskennen. Über einen Freund oder eine Freundin würde ich mich bestimmt auch freuen, das ist aber kein muss. Kommt doch vorbei und lernt mich kennen. Euer Helmut
