Hoi! Ik ben Herman 🐾 Een dropje van het allerliefste soort, al zeg ik het zelf. Ik ben van top tot teen gehuld in een prachtige diepzwarte vacht. Echt van dat zachte, glanzende velvet zwart waar je met je handen bijna niet vanaf kunt blijven. Tel daar mijn mooie gele ogen bij op en ik ben behoorlijk knap opgedroogd. Maar wacht maar tot ik slaap… Dan komt er soms ineens een piepklein roze tongetje tevoorschijn. Zwarte vacht, gele ogen en zo’n roze tongpuntje: ik heb duidelijk verstand van kleurencombinaties. Gelukkig ben ik niet alleen leuk om naar te kijken, want ik ben ook een enorme knuffelkont. Een plekje op schoot? Graag! In je nek kruipen? Ook goed! Bovenop je spullen gaan liggen terwijl jij probeert te werken? Uiteraard. Vooral een laptop blijkt volgens mij speciaal ontworpen te zijn als verwarmd kattenbed. Ik ben een sociaal en makkelijk ventje en vind het heerlijk om bij mijn mensen te zijn. Ik hoef niet per se midden in de belangstelling te staan… zolang ik er maar middenin mag liggen. Ook met nieuwe mensen ben ik sociaal. Geef me gewoon even de gelegenheid om kennis te maken en de kans is groot dat we al snel vrienden zijn. En over vrienden gesproken: ik heb er eentje die héél belangrijk voor me is. Mijn grote maat Ruff! We zijn misschien niet samen aan ons avontuur begonnen, maar inmiddels zijn we echte bro’s for life. We zoeken elkaar op om samen te spelen, knuffelen en slapen en zijn duidelijk erg aan elkaar gehecht. Daarom zouden we heel graag samen naar ons nieuwe thuis verhuizen. Mijn ideale thuis is vooral een plek met veel gezelligheid, liefde en aandacht. Kinderen zouden ook bij mij kunnen passen, zolang ze natuurlijk lief met mij omgaan en mij mijn rust gunnen wanneer ik die nodig heb. En vooruit, met Halloween voor de deur heb ik natuurlijk wel een klein voordeel. Met mijn diepzwarte fluwelen vacht en gele ogen hoef ik me niet eens te verkleden. Ruff heeft met zijn zwart-witte koppie zelfs een tekening die een beetje aan een skull doet denken. Samen vormen we dus een behoorlijk griezelig-schattig duo. Maar geen zorgen: zodra Halloween voorbij is, verdwijnen Ruff en ik niet in een rookwolk. Onze knuffels, kattenkwaad en broederliefde krijg je gewoon het hele jaar door!
