I’M HERMÈS. I come from a boarding house in the south, where I spent most of my life without ever really knowing what human contact or the world around me was like. When I arrived at Pet Rescue, it took me a while to open up. I’ve always been an incredibly gentle and curious dog, yet with the tenderness and wisdom that comes with age. Now, though, I approach you with the warmth of an old friend asking for a hug. You’ve seen how much I love being cuddled—and how wonderful it feels when the grass tickles my paws. Hermès is a special dog, one of those who don’t immediately catch your eye as soon as you see them. In fact, he’s not particularly handsome; he’s not especially large; there’s nothing about him that makes him stand out among many others. MI PRESENTO Hermès arriva da una pensione del sud, in cui ha vissuto per gran parte della sua vita senza mai realmente sapere cosa fosse il contatto umano e il mondo circostante. Arrivato a Pet Rescue, ci ha messo un po’ a sbloccarsi. È sempre stato un cane incredibilmente docile e curioso, ma con la delicatezza e la saggezza della sua età. Ora invece si avvicina con la simpatia di un vecchio amico che ti chiede un abbraccio. Ha scoperto quanto lui ami le coccole, e quanto è bello sentire l’erba che gli solletica le zampette. Hermès è un cane speciale, di quelli che non ti colpiscono subito appena lo vedi. In effetti non è particolarmente bello, non ha una stazza per niente imponente, non c’è niente di lui che te lo faccia notare in mezzo a tanti.
