This handsome boy is named Bertie. Bertie is a puppy, and will grow to be about 50 to 60 cm tall. His estimated date of birth is June 2025. Bertie was found with his mother, brothers and sisters by Antonia. She found them near the woods where they were probably dumped. How, what, why, we will probably never know what someone has in mind to dump a mother with 5 pups in the woods. Fortunately, Bertie was lucky and Antonia found them. They were all taken in at Antonia's animal shelter. We are looking for a nice home for Bertie where he can be safe and loved forever. With such a nice and social mother, Bertie (and the rest of his brothers and sisters) has become a lovely, social dog. For all five of them, it is actually pretty much the same. They enjoy attention, are social with people and other dogs. They love to play nicely together. Bertie could also be placed as a companion with another dog. His future owners should keep in mind that Bertie still has things to learn. Of course, this is logical if you grow up in an animal shelter. Bertie is currently in Romania and can come to the Netherlands if an owner is found for him. If you are interested in Bertie, we would appreciate a message with your living and working situation and any experience you have with dogs. After an intake conversation, if it turns out you are a match, an appointment can be made to pick him up at our small shelter in Didam. Bertie is The adoption fee is € 390. This is a contribution to the costs such as spaying/neutering, the trip to the Netherlands, European pet passport, chip and vaccinations. Deze knappe knul heet Bertie. Bertie is een reutje, hij zal uitgroeien tot een schofthoogte van ongeveer 50 à 60 cm. Zijn geschatte geboortedatum is juni 2025. Bertie is samen met zijn moeder, broertjes en zusjes gevonden door Antonia. Ze vond ze vlakbij het bos waar ze waarschijnlijk gedumpt zijn. Hoe, wat, waarom, we zullen waarschijnlijk nooit weten wat iemand bezielt om een moeder met 5 pups te dumpen in een bos.. Gelukkig had Bertie geluk en vond Antonia hen. Ze zijn allemaal opgenomen in het asiel van Antonia. We gaan voor Bertie opzoek naar een fijn thuis waar hij voor altijd veilig en geliefd is. Met zo een fijne en sociale moeder is Bertie (en de rest van zijn broertjes en zusjes) een leuk sociaal hondje geworden. Voor alle 5 geldt eigenlijk een beetje hetzelfde. Ze genieten van aandacht, zijn sociaal met mensen en met andere honden. Ze vinden het heerlijk om lekker samen te spelen. Bertie zou dus ook prima als maatje bij een andere hond geplaatst kunnen worden. Zijn toekomstige baasjes moeten er wel rekening mee houden dat Bertie nog wat dingen zal moeten leren. Wat natuurlijk logisch is als je opgroeit in een asiel. Bertie is nog in Roemenië en kan naar Nederland komen als er een baasje voor hem gevonden wordt. Als na een intake gesprek blijkt dat jullie een match zijn, dan kan een afspraak gemaakt worden om hem op te halen in onze kleinschalige opvang in Didam. Bertie is gecastreerd, gevaccineerd, gechipt en heeft een Europees dierenpaspoort. Het adoptiebedrag is € 390,-. Dit is een tegemoetkoming in de kosten zoals o.a. sterilisatie/castratie, de reis naar Nederland, Europees dierenpaspoort, chip en entingen.
