Bei Carl wurde der Schwanz halb amputiert und bei Horst musste ein Loch in der Pfote genäht werden. Die Wunden sind gut verheilt, aber sie werden nicht zurück gesetzt, da alle Tiere dort verletzt waren, als sie gefangen wurden. Daher haben wir uns eingehend mit den scheuen Tieren beschäftigt und wünschen uns für sie ein Zuhause, in dem sie nun Sicherheit bekommen. Wir suchen Menschen, die sich nicht scheuen, sich enorm viel mit den Beiden zu beschäftigen. Die neuen Besitzer sollen über langjährige Katzenerfahrung verfügen. Auf der Pflegestelle sind sie noch nicht ganz zugänglich. Zu den Charakteren der Beiden. Carl ist ein charmanter Kater, der gerne blinzelt und es auch schon geschafft hat der Pflegemama um die Beine zu streichen. Horst ist ruhig und wirkt ein wenig stur. Doch das täuscht. Der stille Beobachter freut sich über jede Aufmerksamkeit. Die beiden Kater hängen sehr aneinander und sollen deshalb zusammen vermittelt werden.
