Become a godparent My godparents are: Female dog Exa is looking for a home Exa is a lovable, gentle female dog who has spent almost her entire life in the shelter. Since her puppyhood - a whole eight years - she lived behind bars in a Polish shelter. An unimaginably long time during which she had hardly learned anything about the world. Accordingly, Exa is cautious when meeting new people and situations. She needs time to build trust and wishes for people who meet her with patience, understanding and loving calmness. When she feels safe, she shows her delicate, affectionate side, then seeks closeness, enjoys pats and begins to explore the world curiously. Here, Exa is now learning to walk on a leash and already getting to know the rural surroundings of the shelter. However, it can be seen that Exa has really seen very little in life and now needs to get used to everything slowly. The good thing is, she is eager to learn and curious and ready to explore the environment. She just needs to be guided by loving, confident people and perhaps with a nice first dog by her side. Exa unfortunately suffers from arthritis in both knees. She does not need treatment at the moment, but due to the joint changes, she moves somewhat awkwardly at the back. Therefore, long walks or sporting activities are not suitable for her, rather leisurely rounds, loving company and a soft place to rest are more important. For Exa, we wish a quiet home without much hustle and bustle, preferably with a confident first dog who can give her security and orientation. With patience, love and understanding, she will learn that life outside the shelter fences is beautiful and worth living. Geboren: ca. 01.09.2017 Im Tierheim seit: 06.09.2025 Exa ist seit 395 Tagen bei uns im Tierheim. Pate werden Meine Paten sind: Hündin Exa sucht ein Zuhause Exa ist eine liebenswerte, sanfte Hündin, die ihr bisheriges Leben fast ausschließlich im Tierheim verbracht hat. Seit ihrem Junghundealter – ganze acht Jahre – lebte sie hinter Gittern in einem polnischen Tierheim. Eine unvorstellbar lange Zeit, in der sie kaum etwas von der Welt kennenlernen durfte. Entsprechend vorsichtig begegnete Exa anfangs neuen Menschen und Situationen. Exa lebt inzwischen in unserem Haus- und Hofrudel und macht dabei stetig Fortschritte. Fremden Menschen gegenüber ist sie nach wie vor vorsichtig und zurückhaltend, doch gegenüber ihren Bezugspersonen zeigt Exa, wie sehr sie bereit ist, sich auch an Menschen zu binden. Mittlerweile geht Exa sehr gerne spazieren und orientiert sich dabei eng an ihrer Bezugsperson. Schritt für Schritt wird sie offener, beobachtet mehr und traut sich immer häufiger, Neues zu entdecken. Besonders über Futter lässt sie sich gut motivieren. Exa ist nämlich ausgesprochen verfressen und lässt sich damit wunderbar „abholen“. Im Umgang mit anderen Hunden ist sie recht unkompliziert, neigt dazu, sich im Rudel einen ruhigen Orientierungspartner zu suchen. Ein souveräner, gelassener Ersthund wäre daher ideal, ist aber nicht zwingend notwendig, wenn ihre Menschen selbst sicher und ruhig durch den Alltag führen. Exa hat leider Arthrose in beiden Knien. Derzeit benötigt sie keine Behandlung, doch durch die Gelenkveränderungen bewegt sie sich hinten etwas unbeholfen. Stundenlange Spaziergänge oder starke sportliche Aktivitäten sind daher eher nichts für sie, viel wichtiger sind gemütliche Runden, liebevolle Gesellschaft und ein weiches Plätzchen zum Ausruhen. Für Exa wünschen wir uns ein ruhiges Zuhause ohne viel Trubel, gerne mit einem souveränen Ersthund, der ihr Sicherheit und Orientierung geben kann. Sie ist eine wundervolle Hündin, die es so verdient hat, endlich ihre Menschen zu finden und das Tierheimleben hinter sich zu lassen. Hund Quentin sucht ein Zuhause Quentin (geboren 2012, ca. 53cm Schulterhöhe) ist noch sehr ängstlich und zurückhaltend. Viele Jahre hat er im rumänischen Tierheim im Zwinger verbracht. Für Quentin beginnt nun auf seine alten Tage noch einmal ein neues Leben. Ein bisschen Eingewöhnungszeit wird er aber noch benötigen, um hier richtig anzukommen. Hund Mia sucht ein Zuhause Mia (geboren 2022, ca. 45cm Schulterhöhe) ein unheimlich ängstliche Hündin sucht ein Zuhause bei sehr geduldigen, Angsthunde-Erfahrenen Menschen mit gesichertem Grundstück und souveränen Ersthund. Hund Gizi sucht ein Zuhause Gizi ist eine ruhige, schüchterne Hundeomi, die ein geduldiges Zuhause mit viel Verständnis sucht. Sie liebt andere Hunde und würde sich über einen sozialen Zweithund freuen. Ein Haus mit Garten und ein ruhiger Alltag wären für die ältere Dame ideal. Hund Exa sucht ein Zuhause Exa ist lieb, aber schüchtern. Nach 8 Jahren Tierheim sucht sie ein ruhiges Zuhause mit Geduld, Herz und gern einem souveränem Zweithund. Sie ist keine Sportskanone.
