Hello, I am the lovely Huntress! I originally came to the animal shelter as a hand-reared kitten and had the good fortune of being rehomed quickly to a wonderful owner. No wonder, because I am a super easy-going cat; people-oriented, adorable, and cuddly. Unfortunately, my good luck didn't last long, as the existing tomcat in my new home was not too thrilled about me – which led to my starting to stress-piddle (medical causes were ruled out by a vet visit). Everything was tried to get us to adjust to each other, unfortunately to no avail – which is why I was brought back to the animal shelter with heavy heart. Now I am searching for my forever home, preferably as a single princess in a more rural and traffic-free environment where I can enjoy outdoor access. Then I can go out and make my own friends. Suitable for apartment living, I can also imagine myself there, as long as I can move in with a compatible and quiet cat in your household – I don't want to be alone in a flat. I am quite social and try to get along with fellow animals, but it stresses me out when the other cats are too pushy or standoffish. I can move in with older children without any problems, as I am, as already mentioned, a super loving cat. If you would like to meet me, please contact my foster parents and arrange a meet-and-greet! Hallo, ich bin die tolle Huntress! Ich kam ursprünglich als Abgabekatze ins Tierheim und hatte das Glück, schnell an eine wunderbare Besitzerin vermittelt zu werden. Kein Wunder, denn ich bin eine super unkomplizierte Katze; menschenbezogen, liebenswert, verschmust. Leider hat meine Glückssträhne aber nicht allzu lange gehalten, denn in meinem neuen Zuhause war der vorhandene Kater leider nicht begeistert von mir - das hat dazu geführt, dass ich mit Stresspinkeln angefangen habe (medizinische Ursachen wurden bei einem Tierarztbesuch ausgeschlossen). Es wurde echt alles probiert um uns aneinander zu gewöhnen, leider vergebens - weshalb ich sehr schweren Herzens wieder ins Tierheim gebracht wurde. Nun suche ich mein für-immer-Zuhause, am liebsten als Einzelprinzessin in einer eher ländlichen und verkehrsarmen Umgebung, in der ich Freigang genießen darf. Draußen kann ich mir dann selbst meine Freunde suchen gehen. Wohnungshaltung mit gesichertem Balkon/Garten kann ich mir aber auch vorstellen, solange ich zu einer verträglichen und ruhigen Katze in eurem Haushalt ziehen darf - alleine in Wohnungshaltung möchte ich nicht. Ich bin nämlich recht sozial und gebe mir Mühe mich mit Artgenossen "anzufreunden", es bereitet mir aber Stress, wenn die anderen Katzen zu aufdringlich oder abweisend sind. Zu älteren Kindern kann ich ohne Probleme ziehen, ich bin, wie bereits erwähnt, eine super liebe Katze.
