To protect its health and that of other cats, it should be adopted into a home where it will be the only cat or accompanied by another cat also carrying FIV. This cat has a shy nature and will need time to gain confidence in its new surroundings and its future family. Ce chat est malheureusement positif au FIV (virus de l'immunodéficience féline, aussi appelé "sida du chat"). Cela ne l'empêche pas de mener une vie heureuse pendant de nombreuses années, à condition de bénéficier d'un suivi vétérinaire régulier et d'un environnement adapté. Pour préserver sa santé et celle des autres chats, il devra être adopté dans un foyer où il sera le seul chat ou en compagnie d'un autre chat également porteur du FIV. C'est un chat de nature timide qui aura besoin de temps pour prendre confiance en son nouvel environnement et en sa future famille. Avec de la patience, de la douceur et du respect de son rythme, il pourra progressivement s'épanouir et révéler toute sa sensibilité. Il recherche un foyer calme, prêt à lui offrir la sécurité et l'affection dont il a besoin pour s'épanouir.
