Idéfix is a handsome senior cat, elegantly dressed in black with a distinguished white cravat that gives him a touch of grandeur. He has an imposing physique, but his soul prefers to take its time. Arriving at our shelter after the passing of his owner, Idéfix lost his bearings overnight. This upheaval is still evident in his gaze: he allows himself to be approached, accepts petting, but remains on guard, never quite at ease, never fully reassured. It's not coldness, but caution. The caution of a cat who has known love, lost it, and is not yet ready to trust the first person who comes along. What he needs is a patient and gentle home, where gestures will be measured and space respected. There's no need to win his affection through constant cuddles... Idéfix est un beau chat senior, élégamment vêtu de noir avec une distinguée cravate blanche qui lui donne un petit air de grand monsieur. Un physique qui en impose et une âme qui, elle, préfère prendre son temps. Arrivé à la FBB suite au décès de son propriétaire, Idéfix a perdu ses repères du jour au lendemain. Ce bouleversement se lit encore dans son regard : il se laisse approcher, accepte la caresse, mais reste sur ses gardes, jamais tout à fait serein, jamais tout à fait rassuré. Ce n'est pas de la froideur, c'est de la prudence. Celle d'un chat qui a connu l'amour, qui l'a perdu, et qui n'est pas encore prêt à faire confiance au premier venu. Ce qu'il lui faut, c'est un foyer patient et doux, où les gestes seront mesurés et l'espace respecté. Pas besoin de le conquérir à la force des câlins...
