During our first project tour in 2024, we of course also visited our partner animal shelter, the Rifugio der LIDA in Olbia. There were several new arrivals that we were supposed to meet. And we also wanted to see, if time permitted, some of the already known dogs and cats again. They were six kittens who were found by tourists in the summer of 2023 and brought to the Rifugio der LIDA. Brüderchen Ivan has already found his home, but Iside and her brothers Icar, Ilver, Icaro, and Igor would also like to leave the Rifugio and join their own families. We hope that the five siblings can soon travel to Germany to find a loving home. Ilver's siblings have all found homes, but only the pretty tiger has not yet been discovered by the loving, patient people who would give him a home and plenty of time to adjust. Ilver is though shy, but he will let you pet him after being bribed with treats – in this regard, he still has a lot of potential. He gets along very well with the other cats in the enclosure, and he has become closer friends with some of them. He always avoids any group trouble. If Ilver were to live in a family permanently, his true character would certainly come out quickly: a very loving, loyal little fellow. The first three years of his life had to be spent in an animal shelter, and now he needs a chance at a loving home. If you would like to take Ilver into your family, we look forward to your message. He will not be placed in individual housing. For our cats, we generally prefer those that are suitable for apartment living with a cat-safe netted balcony or a secure terrace.

Während unserer ersten Projekttour 2024 besuchten wir natürlich auch unser Partnertierheim, das Rifugio der LIDA in Olbia. Es gab wieder etliche Neuzugänge, die uns vorgestellt werden sollten. Und wir wollten natürlich auch - wenn zeitlich möglich - einige der schon bekannten Hunde und Katzen wiedersehen. Sie waren sechs Kitten, als sie von Touristen im Sommer 2023 gefunden und ins Rifugio der LIDA gebracht worden waren. Brüderchen Ivan hat inzwischen sein Zuhause gefunden, aber Iside und ihre Brüder Icar, Ilver, Icaro und Igor würden auch gern das Rifugio hinter sich lassen und zu eigenen Familien ziehen. Wir hoffen also, dass die fünf Geschwister bald nach Deutschland reisen können, um hier ein liebevolle Zuhause zu finden. Ilvers Geschwister haben alle bereits ein Zuhause gefunden, nur der hübsche Tiger wurde noch nicht von den lieben, geduldigen Menschen, die ihm ein eigenes Zuhause und viel Zeit zur Eingewöhnung schenken möchten, entdeckt.Ilver ist zwar schüchtern, lässt es aber nach Bestechung mit Leckerli zu, gestreichelt zu werden - in dieser Hinsicht hat er noch viel Potential. Mit den anderen Katzen im Gehege kommt er sehr gut aus, mit einigen hat er sich enger angefreundet. Jedem möglichen Ärger in der Gruppe geht er aus dem Weg. Wenn Ilver dauerhaft in einer Familie leben würde, käme sein wahrer Charakter sicherlich schnell zum Vorschein: ein ganz liebes, treuherziges Kerlchen. Die ersten drei Jahre seines Lebens musste Ilver im Tierheim verbringen, jetzt braucht er endlich eine Chance auf ein liebevolles Zuhause. Ilver ist in seiner deutschen Pflegestelle angekommen.
