Hera left the shelter to spend the winter in a foster home in Athens. In a warm bed, as she had learned all these years, until her owner passed away. We can't let her return, alone in a field. She has not learned to live like that. All she wants is a person to keep her company. She is a calm, sweet, elderly dog who gets along well with all people and dogs. She is a wonderful creature who whoever meets her is impressed by her. Inside the house she likes to lie on her bed or come next to you for caresses, which she loves, as well as food. Η Ήρα έφυγε από το καταφύγιο για να περασει τον χειμώνα σε σπίτι φιλοξενίας στην Αθήνα. Σε ένα ζεστό κρεβάτι, όπως είχε μάθει όλα αυτά τα χρόνια, μέχρι να φύγει από τη ζωή ο άνθρωπός της. Δεν μπορούμε να την αφήσουμε να επιστρέψει πίσω, μόνη σε ένα χωράφι. Δεν έχει μάθει να ζει έτσι. Το μόνο που θέλει είναι έναν άνθρωπο να του κρατάει την καλύτερη συντροφιά. Είναι μια ήρεμη, γλυκιά, ηλικιωμένη σκυλίτσα που τα πάει καλά με όλους τους ανθρώπους αλλά και με τους σκύλους. Είναι ένα υπέροχο πλάσμα που οποίος την γνωρίσει εντυπωσιάζεται από εκείνη. Μέσα στο σπίτι της αρέσει να ξαπλώνει στο κρεβάτι της ή να έρχεται δίπλα σου για χάδια, που τα λατρεύει, όπως και το φαγητό. Είναι απόλυτα ήσυχη μέσα στο σπίτι, μενη μονη της, λερώνει μόνον στη βόλτα.
