Would she defend her home – driving is no problem at all, she loves to go everywhere with us as long as she’s along for the ride (as long as she’s there, she doesn’t mind waiting in the car) – she can be led on a leash, but sometimes she needs to be reminded (you can tell when she’s pulling on the leash, tugging in a certain direction) – dog encounters in her “territory” need to be managed (territorial behavior) – but this can be managed through training – dog encounters in the city are no problem, as she’s so distracted by the surroundings – short visits to the city are no problem, but need to be managed because she gets scared or overwhelmed by the external stimuli (we practice at least once a week in the small town nearby) – she’s hunt-motivated, with a lead line she’s super trainable and watchful – she loves long walks in the forest/field, to run and play outside – she loves going to dog training classes and mastering tasks together (she’s always super proud of herself afterwards) – she loves sand and sawdust more than anything and digging – she can be led through agility obstacles well – recall works relatively well with a lead line, but not 100% – she knows basic commands like sit, down, and back – she does everything when you lead her: driving the car, boating, gondola ride – we are heartbrokenly searching for a new home for our Isi. Isi is an incredibly great dog with a very strong character who needs consistent leadership. Unfortunately, this is not consistently handled in her current home, leading to recurring problems between the owner and the dog. This has severely damaged the relationship and mutual trust between the human-dog duo, and the current family situation is not conducive to resolving these issues and causing stress on both sides. We have no other way, as even after numerous training sessions, a resource misassociation with the owner cannot be overcome. When I’m alone with her, everything is manageable, but as soon as my husband comes home, she thinks she needs to take charge. We need a real reset, which is not possible in our current family situation – we are new parents. Isi is a super dog who loves life, as long as you show her boundaries and lead her properly. Once you’ve won her trust, she’s an eternally loyal dog. Isi WILL NOT be neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, or dewormed. She will be with contact: or here on fb. Walks well on a leash. würde ihr Zuhause verteidigen – Autofahren ist gar kein Problem, sie liebt es überall mit hinzufahren (Hauptsache dabei sein, wartet auch ohne Probleme mal im Auto) – Leinenführig laufen kann sie, manchmal muss man sie dran erinnern bzw. fragt gerne immer mal wieder an (merkt man wenn sie z.b. an der Leine zieht, in eine Richtung zieht) – Hundebegegnungen in ihrem “Gebiet” müssen gemanaged werden (territoriales Verhalten) – klappt aber durch Training – Hundebegegnungen in der Stadt sind kein Problem, da sie durch die Umgebung so abgelenkt ist – Kurze Besuche in einer Stadt sind kein Problem, müssen aber gemanaged werden, weil sie schnell Angst bekommt/überfordert ist von den äußeren Reizen (sind mind 1x in der Woche in der Kleinstadt bei uns zum üben) – Jagdlich motiviert, mit einer Schleppleine und Wachsamkeit super machbar – Liebt lange Spaziergänge im Wald/Feld, draußen zu fetzen & spielen – Liebt es in die Hundeschule zu gehen und Aufgaben gemeinsam zu meistern (ist jedesmal super stolz auf sich selbst danach) – Sie liebt Sand und Sägespäne über alles & buddeln – Bei Agility Aufgaben lässt sich durch Hindernisse gut führen – Rückruf funktioniert mit Schleppleine relativ gut, aber nicht 100%ig – Grundkommandos sitzen (Sitz, Platz, Zurück) – Sie macht alles mit, wenn man sie durchführt: Fähre fahren, Boot fahren, Gondelfahrt Wir suchen für unsere Isi schweren Herzens ein neues Zuhause. Isi ist ein wahnsinnig toller Hund mit sehr starkem Charakter, der eine konsequente Führung benötigt. Leider ist dies in ihrem aktuellen Zuhause nicht konsequent zu handhaben und führt deshalb immer wieder zu Problemen zwischen Besitzerin und Hund. Die Beziehung und das gegenseitige Vertrauen zwischen dem Mensch-Hund Duo leidet dadurch leider sehr und ist durch die aktuelle familiäre Situation nicht mehr zu kippen und sorgt auf beiden Seiten für viel Stress. Wir wissen keinen anderen Weg mehr, da auch nach zahlreichen Trainingseinheiten eine Art Fehlverknüpfung von Ressourcen mit Besitzerin nicht wegzubekommen sind. Wenn ich alleine bin mit ihr ist alles regelbar, sobald mein Mann nach Hause kommt denkt sie, dass sie regeln muss. Wir bräuchten ein echten Reset, was in unser aktuellen familiären Situation nicht möglich ist – wir sind frischgebackene Eltern. ISI ist ein super Hund, der das Leben liebt, wenn man ihr Grenzen aufzeigt und sie richtig führt. Sobald man ihr Vertrauen gewinnen konnte, ist sie ein ewig treuer Hund.
